Andrea was a joy to work with for our wedding. We wanted to keep it intimate and decided to do it on the fly, so we needed help at the very last minute and she was up for the challenge! She came up with all the special touches that I didn't even know I wanted (until I saw them) and I was blown away by how thorough she was. She made me feel like a really special bride even though my wedding was non-traditional! I also attended a large-scale charity event organized by Events by Abel last summer. I'd recommend her for both small, intimate weddings and bigger celebrations -- she's attentive, thoughtful, easy to work with, and all around fun! We hired Ashley as a day-of planner for a medium sized wedding of 115 guests with several vendors to coordinate. We were so glad we did too. Ashley did a great job coordinating the vendors during our wedding day. She was able to pickup where we left off and fill in where we might have had gaps. I didn’t want a planner and to anyone sitting on the fence about this decision- get a planner and hire Ashley. I couldn’t be happier with how smoothly the day went and how Ashley managed the event.
Plan by Design Events took care of my bridal shower. Of course, as the bride I EXPECT the best and I was NOT disappointed. Priscilla and her team went above and beyond to be sure that everything was very well taken care, to the smallest details to the big demands, they took care of it all. She had great suggestions, ideas and they were able to execute them all. The day of the shower, I wasn't worried about ANYTHING and I was able to enjoy every second of it because I knew Priscilla was on top of it all. Our guests were not bored and they all had a great time. I recommend Plan By Design Events to anyone that is looking for a planner and for ANY type of event. At my wedding Priscilla also took care of all the details and she made sure all the vendors delivered what they had promised. She supervised them and made sure the reception and ceremony locations looked just the way I envisioned them. She went with me to several of my meetings with different vendors, so she knew exactly what I wanted from each of them. The day of, she took care of it all...from making sure the flower girls had on the right shoe laces to the reception center pieces...and once again I didn't have to worry about anything. My husband and I have hired them AGAIN! Now they are taking care of our baby shower. I can't wait to see the final product. Pictures coming soon!!

We had them cater our Wedding last weekend and they were a godsend. I could go on and on about how wonderful, caring, attentive and friendly they were. While planning they were a great source of advice and guidance. Chef Renee gracefully answered my parents' (numerous) questions basically being our caterer/wedding planner. Most importantly the food was delicious!! The passed hors d'oeuvres for cocktail hour were outstanding and everyone complimented the incredible dinner! To top it all off our cake was delicious and beautiful, Did I say delicious!! They also provided friendly and attentive bartenders and waitstaff. Everything was so good, our guests were so happy and full... we are still receiving compliments. The entire team was professional and so attentive and they really set up our tables beautifully! Chef Renee and her team went above and beyond our expectations and really made our day perfect! If you hire them you won't be disappointed!! We can't wait until the occasion comes to use them again!
Tom was one of the main reasons my wedding was a great success. The venue didn't let us know the top area didn't have speakers so Tom took the initiative to go coordinate everything and make sure the agenda was followed. He also is well prepared and very professional. If you want someone who will be prepared for whatever comes up at your wedding Tom is the man. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a DJ/MC. If I ever need a DJ for another occasion I will definitely be giving Tom a call.

Vanessa was an absolute pleasure to work with! I hired her to help me coordinator everything leading up to our wedding day. Her attention to detail was phenomenal and served as a wonderful second pair of eyes in reading over all the contracts from vendors! I couldn't believe how many details and questions there was but she was there to answer and ask all of them. It was really great that once the wedding date was approaching she started answering emails from my vendors because she already had the answers which saved us a great time of time! She really knew her way about event planning and it was so comfortable for me to talk to her about changes or thoughts and she is very flexible with direction if you change your mind. Vanessa responds when she sees your email and will let you know if she saw your email but didn't have time to answer. I loved how well she communicated with me. She texts right away and she is very thorough with her email responses. She is adaptable in learning how to efficiently use technology to her advantage. I opted to use GoogleDrive to share documents back and forth. Until she met me, she didn't know how to use and now she is an expert! I cannot imagine not having this wedding without all of Vanessa's hard work! She deserves all the credit.
