Latest Review: I cannot recommend Rock more as a personal trainer. I've been training myself for years (excessive cardio, strict paleo diet, and online workouts), yet could not seem to lose my stubborn arm & belly fat. I didn't feel good about myself, wasn't sleeping, and wasn't seeing results. After very seriously considering liposuction, I decided to try a personal trainer. I was nervous before my consultation since I've had a pretty negative opinion of trainers from past gyms, but was pleasantly surprised after meeting Rock. He is personable, honest, and extremely knowledgable. He is very easy to work with and talk to. He takes his time to understand my concerns and is clear when explaining his process in how we're going to achieve my goals. I've been training with Rock for almost 1 month and have already lost 2" off my waist, 2" off my chest, and 2.5" off my hips. 2 weeks in I lost 3 lbs of fat and almost 2% body fat. I'm no longer eating at a deficit, I'm sleeping better, and overall have been feeling much happier since I started training with Rock. If you're currently looking for a trainer and overwhelmed with your options, stop looking and give Rock at least 1 month of your time- you WILL NOT regret it.
