"Ben is hands down the best trainer I've ever worked with. I've had trainers at every gym I've been a member of and saw some results, but always ended up hitting a plateau after a few months. My trainers would just say I must not be eating well enough or doing my exercises at home even though I was following our programs carefully. Ben's style is very different than trainers I've had in the past. He's extremely detail oriented with technique and knowledgeable about virtually everything related to fitness and nutrition. I asked him a question that he said he would research, and by the time I got home he had sent me 3 articles and his own personal take on what they meant! At first I was worried that we would spend too much time talking about details I didn't really care about, but after a few sessions I definitely understand why we spent as much time as we did walking me through all the muscles, terms, and science of training. He actually told me his priority is for me to have all the information I need to reach my goals without him, because I'm the only one that can really be responsible for my results. Every other trainer I've had insisted that I needed to see them almost every day for months or I won't get anywhere, so his honest desire to see me be successful on my own genuinely shocked me. I definitely recommend training with Ben, he clearly loves what he's doing and if you want to get in shape he'll show you (with facts) the shortest way to get there."
