Ali with A1 Budget Plumbing was great. He was extremely polite and professional, he was responsive and punctual, and he worked quickly to make a repair to a (relatively) simple outdoor plumbing/sprinkler/irrigation issue. I would definitely hire him again.

We were extremely happy with the work performed by Mr. Fix It (Fred Kimmey). He removed a bathroom vanity, light fixture and mirror and replaced with new. He was able to trouble shoot and take care of the fact that the new unit didn't quite fit where the old unit had been. He made adjustments and completed the work. He left the area clean and took all the debris with him. We will be using Mr. Fix It again soon to install a wardrobe closet.

I recently hired Jasper for a kitchen cabinet job that involved installing new hardware and hinges on all of my kitchen cabinet doors (as well as some touch-up work on the doors, themselves) and then installing/hanging them. He also installed a new surface for the under-sink cabinet. I would definitely hire Jasper again. Top notch, quality work, reasonable rates and he's a super nice guy on top of that. I put in my request with Thumbtack Sunday afternoon. Within an hour he gave a quote and after my acceptance he said he would be able to fix it by Monday evening if the part suggested by my description was available. Early Monday he texted that the part was available and kept me informed about the time the technician would arrive. The job was completed by about 10PM on Monday and the washer now works fine. Charles is very nice and professional: 1) On Friday I told him I was picking up my toilet on Saturday, asked him if he could install it on Sunday. And he did! Very much appreciated his super quick response! Especially knowing he is in the middle of a bigger job. 2) Though there were some unexpected issues (the existing floor flange and wall valve), he was trying and trying and then made it work, which showed his experience and commitment to get job done. 3) My Toto toilet and Brondell Swash installation job well done. He cleaned up the old glue and caulking, and put new nice caulking, which looks much better than the previous one. 4) His charge is very reasonable and with very good value. I will sure call him in case I have other jobs.

The most professional and knowledgeable plumber I’ve ever hired! Dom came over to install a simple water heater, what happened next was out of the playbooks. The pipes burst, the tubing was incorrect, and Dom handled it like a true pro and stayed here for hours on a Saturday. One of the most amazing human beings I’ve met in a very long time, if you need to hire a true professional that you could trust.Dom is the man for you! Ganzo is a quality company that provided me with a free estimate. He responded quickly. He is extremely fair priced, where the other companies wanted 4 times as much money. He didn’t charge me extra for gas and repiped and replymbed a broken pipe, faucet, handle and cleaned it up very nice. He is so respectful and has prompt timing. He explains everything before the work begins. If you need a fantastic, honest plumber, call Gonzo! I would most definitely use him again and tell my friends and family about this company!

Dog ripped the racks out of my dishwasher (turns out racks aren't covered by the extended warranty). New parts cost +/- $400 bucks - we looked. The guy who came spent about an hour rebuilding the inside and melted the shattered plastic pieces back together on my stove top. Works great. No warranty on melted plastic. Saved me parts costs plus cost and time of a second service call to install. Repaired in 1 day. Very satisfied customer.

They were unable to fix the washer as the parts are no longer available for the 1992 model. Yet they did try to find parts and we're very helpful.

William Villar of B.A. Appliance is the best technician I have ever used for an appliance repair. Our initial phone conversation before deciding on him was honest, pleasant, and he knew how to fix my electric dryer after I explained the problem. He gave me an estimate for the repairs that included parts, labor, and a six month warranty on the work and stick to it. He had time to come the same day we talked. He was there right on time at 5:00. He did the work expeditiously, clean the inside of the dryer to free it from tons of lint, and added lubrication at no extra cost. I have kept few of his cards to share with my co-workers, family, and neighbors. This is the best and honest repair individual I have done worked with in 30 years. I mean that!
