Latest Review: The best investment I made in 2016! I highly recommend Clyde as a personal trainer. I’ve been training three days a week with him, and I feel great after my workouts. The best part of working with clyde is I don’t have to think, I just have to do. He knows when I should stop, better than I do. He pushes his clients to their full potential, also is extreamly knowledgable about fitness and nutrition all while keeping the workout fun. More importantly he is always patient, professional and an all around great person. He wrotes on his profile " Give me 12-weeks to help you change your mindset, body and lifestyle." But, based on my experience of training with him, give him only two weeks, and then you will feel the noticeable changes. Clyde, Thank you for all you do to help me reach my goals.
