I wish I could give her a million stars. From her original quote to her sweet and thoughtful follow-up email the day after my wedding, I was never disappointed by the professionalism and service provided by Alisa and her colleague. She worked catering into our already tight budget, corresponded with me (your typical type A personality) about small details and ever changing menu ideas/headcount, and was prompt, professional, and wonderful! The food was OUTSTANDING. She created 4 different pasta dishes, two excellent salads, veggies, and wonderful garlic bread. She and her colleague rinsed off all of our rented tableware, put them back into their crates, and even cleaned up after guests long after dinner was done! I could not have been happier with the quality and quantity of the food prepared and received several wonderful comments from my guests about the choice of food and caterer. Alisa and her colleague mingled with our guests, made themselves available when needed, and were very self-sufficient, which is a great thing to have on the day of a wedding! They even prepared a small treat for breakfast the next day. All in all, I would hire them again in a heartbeat and would advise you all to do the same if her quote comes your way. "Passionate" about food and service is what Alisa stands for and I couldn't ask for better for my wedding.
Anna Marie was the day-of coordinator for our Wedding last Saturday in Indian Wells. I cannot say enough positive things about Anna Marie. She was extremely pleasant to deal with and had a wealth of knowledge regarding weddings. She helped with absolutely everything and was beyond efficient. This review does not fully compare to the actual experience of having Mimi as our wedding planner. My husband and I fell in love with her! I was referred to her by a friend a month or so before my wedding. You can imagine the details that needed to be done before that time frame. Not only did she take on the challenge of helping us, but went out of her way so our day was perfect. I live in concord, and she drove out 1 1/2 away to come meet with us several times. She kept good track of the things that still needed to be done. Her organization was phenomenal! Constant communication and support were there more than 100% (even for my emotional days) Besides the planning, she took care of the table centerpieces herself! Which were beautifully made with natural flowers on all 15-18 tables including our head table. Our guests, including vendors we hired were so impressed with her work, and most importantly by my husband and I. She found the best deals possible and made everything perfect yet affordable for us. Not only would we consider going through her all over again, but know we will continue to use her for future events and highly recommend her. We know that we didn't just find a good event/wedding planner, but a great friend that we will keep in touch with. Thank you again Mimi for helping us with our unforgettable perfect day!

Amber and her staff were very professional and helpful through this whole process. She went above and beyond for us, example: it looked like rain on the day of our wedding, and for three days she called and emailed several companies to help find us a decent price for tents, we ended up not needing them but she was on it and meant a lot to my wife and myself. We ran out of alcohol halfway through the night and her staff ran to the store twice more to make sure everyone had drinks. If you’re looking for someone who is professional, goes above and beyond, and a genuinely sweet person, than look no more, her name is Amber ;) Thanks a lot for everything Amber, seriously you were great and all your staff was incredibly nice :)
Laurel helped me plan an amazing 30th Birthday Brunch. She was thoughtful with the menu and the food was fresh and seasonal, just as we discussed. There were roughly ~20 in attendance and her team made me feel like a guest at my own party. Will definitely use her again.

I’m so happy that we hired wedding possibilities for our wedding flowers! They were so sweet, and flexible when I needed to add things to the order last minute. They didn’t charge for delivery, and came straight to my hotel on the day of. My bridal bouquet was spot on what I sent her a picture of, and the bridesmaids bouquets looked pretty! She even gave us an extra one Incase. Boutonnières and corsages looked amazing as well!

I contracted Yvette for day of coordination of my wedding. She provided constant contact throughout the process, was prompt in replying to consultation emails, coordinated the rehearsal well based on my wants for the processional and was extremely hands on for the day of. Yvette placed programs prior to my ceremony for my guests and set up all the items I needed for my guests before the reception, including placing table cards for the assigned seating. She coordinated with all my vendors on the day of so that my day was focused on enjoying my wedding versus dealing with any of the organization on the wedding day. She even provided the bridesmaids with an emergency kit to assist with any unexpected day of needs. Thank you so much for the exceptional customer service.
OH MY GOSH I CANT GIVE SAMANTHA ANYTHING BUT LOVE! She was so amazing during my wedding process! Anything I needed help with she was there. She even put all the flowers in my arch for me and it turned out fantastic! She was super reasonably priced and I honestly can say she made my wedding day such a breeze. If your looking for a wedding planner then Samantha is your girl. She will do anything and everything to make your day special. I will definitely be using her again!
Kris was the officiant at our wedding as well as the ceremony and reception coordinator. She is the absolute most organized person I know and understands and respects deadlines. She met with me numerous times throughout the planning of our wedding, and after listening and taking notes about what I wanted, she took charge and completely organized the ceremony, was in charge of delegating tasks to people in a clear manor, all the decorations for the reception, place settings, room design, decorations at the ceremony cite all while making sure all our immediate family members and bridal party were taken care of. I never had to worry about decisions she would make, as I had complete trust in her ability to create what I had invisioned for my special day. On a side note, she also coordinated our engagement party, and it turned out to be a total blast for everyone! I would recommend her to anyone planning a wedding who needs a coordinator or officiant. I have absolutely no complaints. She is professional, understanding, caring, devoted and she really puts her heart into it, as if she was planning it for her own son or daughter.
We hired Kasia for our Baby Shower and the work she did was nothing short of first class. Kasia organized all the food, decorations, give aways, games and worked with us every step of the way to make sure the event was just how we wanted and also properly fit into our budget. She kept us on top of everything that needed to be done. The day of the event Kasia was there 3 hours early coordinating the set up, food, games and everything that needed to be done no task was too small or too big for her. The personal touch she added, well I don't even have the words to say what she meant to us. All of our friends were just so impressed with her, she received quite the round of applause when I was able to thank her. From the start Kimberley made dress appointments to all our guest hotel accomodations for 200 plus people to transportation with two commenrcial size buses transpoting all my guest. Kimberley was cruscial in all aspects of not just planning and coordinating but went beyond to give me peace of mind to enjoy all steps of our wedding planniong to the day of. Her eye for design is what made it even more special for us to feel we were not a cookie cutter wedding. Christina and her team at CRC Custom Events were amazing! We would 100% recommend her. We hired her for day-of coordination and venue decor. She did so much for us leading up to the wedding and making sure we were thinking through everything. She is easy to work with and we were able to trust her to use her own judgement with some of the decor arrangements. Seriously, our wedding looked so beautiful; above and beyond our expectations!
Danny's floral arrangements are beautiful and thoughtful composites plucked out of fairy tale imagery. I was a bride who hired Danny for my wedding flowers. Originally, I just wanted fresh flowers, some roses, something simple and pretty. However, for the centerpieces, I requested a special set-up with Moroccan lanterns, rustic wood slabs, and flowers spilling out the lanterns flanked by oranges (a Chinese symbol for fortune). In addition, I noted that our wedding colors were pink, blue, cream and gold. Danny was extremely open, flexible, and considerate in listening to my and my husband's vision. In addition, there were a few last minute changes such as: number of reception tables, changing my bouquet to a cascade bouquet, and adding more corsages and boutonnieres to the order. Danny was always very patient and graciously said that he'll do everything he could to make my wedding a dream come true. On the day of my wedding, I walked into my bridal changing room and saw the most gorgeous bouquet I'd ever seen. Blush roses, blue orchis, delicate violet flowers, and eucalyptus coins tumbled majestically in a floral waterfall - wild and natural, yet together making a disciplined formation. Later, I walked down the aisle and saw my beloved standing in front of a gazebo that was swathed in white chiffon and vibrant florals, also Danny's work. An hour and a half later, when we entered the reception room, I was met with the magnificence of our sweetheart table. Being a practical person, I had just discussed with Danny that we'd have a simple sweetheart table with my bridal bouquet as a centerpiece. What met my eyes was a golden tablecloth filled with rosette swirls. Across it were crystal goblets, Moroccan lanterns juxtaposed with oranges and golden frames containing my husband's and my pictures and standing atop tomes and wooden slabs. In that moment, my simple self became suddenly enraptured by a desire for lovely things, and in my transformation, decided that I must preserve my bridal bouquet. Danny indeed works magic.
Alina coordinated my destination wedding in Eastern Europe, Ukraine! Throughout the planning process she was attentive, organized and resourceful. Planning a wedding in a small town is not as easy like it is here in the states. There are no rental companies, no real florists or designers, and I won't even mention the caterers. Through numerous meetings and coffee dates we were able to nail down all the logistics! All I can say is that my wedding day was perfect! I later did find out that the caterer I hired was completely running behind and Alina stepped in and helped them in the kitchen to get all the food out on time. I didn't even know that happened until later after the wedding! I loved working with Alina and had her coordinate my 2nd (for those that couldn't make it to Ukraine) wedding here in CA. I would recommend Alina to everyone!
Brie worked at our wedding reception and she was exceptional. She was in charge of managing the restaurant staff and she did a great job. She went above and beyond and made our special day perfect.
Natasha helped me with my wedding ceremony and reception. She was my event coordinator. The decorations were all very beautiful, when I walked into the ceremony as well as reception, it looked awesome! She did everything I asked for. She went above and beyond. I am one satisfied bride! I will be hiring her again for future parties and celebrations that my family has.
