Working with Vanesa has been awesome. Both my partner and I hired her as our nutritionist. She has taken the time to help us see our individual challenges with food and how small, incremental changes can be sustainable. She checks in on us daily and we meet by phone weekly. Working with her has really inspired us and the pacing of change has been perfect. Vanesa is a true professional.

I met with Christy Nelson and spoke with her my goals including what health issues I have. She is very knowledgable and I was impressed that she had taken the initiative to prior to meeting with me she already had looked up some of the concerns & health issues I have. Intuitive Eating is where it is at for me. I believe life is to be enjoyed while being mindful. Lisa has an important message: trust yourself. Find out if you are eating because of hunger or something else. If it is not hunger, one can go to the next step and figure out (not easy) what is it that is bothering them. I found out I eat out of boredom. Now, I try to stop. The only pressure in this work is to listen to your own voice. I hope everyone will do this work. I also, learned by the end of the week the body balances its nutritional intake. Thank you, Lisa.

    Amy Jo was wonderful. I needed a nutritionist to talk with my daughter about the importance of heating healthy and to make a custom meal plan for my daughter's needs. She did both and connected so well with my daughter that we will are planning to have a few more one-on-one sessions with her for some cooking and fitness training.

    I first met Andrea about two years ago, to help me eat healthier and improve my lifestyle. She's been tremendous, and more importantly I've had results. I've lost weight, but I'm really proud of the way it happened. With Andrea, it's not about crash dieting. It's about choosing the right foods, and the right portions. I used to eat Fast Food almost 10 times a week! But I have pretty much stopped completely, and definitely no more McDonalds. I now eat foods like kale, flaxseed, oatmeal, tofu, that I normally wouldn't have eaten. And I feel much better for it. Andrea had the perfect attitude for me. She was pushy enough, without being too pushy to make me give up. She was always honest, but encouraging. The fact that she believed in me, helped me believe in myself. I'd really recommend Andrea to anyone looking to lose weight, but more importantly to feel better and healthier.
