This review does not fully compare to the actual experience of having Mimi as our wedding planner. My husband and I fell in love with her! I was referred to her by a friend a month or so before my wedding. You can imagine the details that needed to be done before that time frame. Not only did she take on the challenge of helping us, but went out of her way so our day was perfect. I live in concord, and she drove out 1 1/2 away to come meet with us several times. She kept good track of the things that still needed to be done. Her organization was phenomenal! Constant communication and support were there more than 100% (even for my emotional days) Besides the planning, she took care of the table centerpieces herself! Which were beautifully made with natural flowers on all 15-18 tables including our head table. Our guests, including vendors we hired were so impressed with her work, and most importantly by my husband and I. She found the best deals possible and made everything perfect yet affordable for us. Not only would we consider going through her all over again, but know we will continue to use her for future events and highly recommend her. We know that we didn't just find a good event/wedding planner, but a great friend that we will keep in touch with. Thank you again Mimi for helping us with our unforgettable perfect day!

Amber and her staff were very professional and helpful through this whole process. She went above and beyond for us, example: it looked like rain on the day of our wedding, and for three days she called and emailed several companies to help find us a decent price for tents, we ended up not needing them but she was on it and meant a lot to my wife and myself. We ran out of alcohol halfway through the night and her staff ran to the store twice more to make sure everyone had drinks. If you’re looking for someone who is professional, goes above and beyond, and a genuinely sweet person, than look no more, her name is Amber ;) Thanks a lot for everything Amber, seriously you were great and all your staff was incredibly nice :)
Weddings require quite the budget to get done and the first thing one should do is bring a project manager into the mix. That's where Christina can be involved and the sooner you bring her in, the less stress you'll feel and the smoother the entire process will be. She made our wedding planning and day of process go so smoothly that we were able to shed a lot of stress we had going into it. We should've hired her several months earlier but we had the DIY mentality. Something that's great for hobbies, not weddings. =)
Veronica was amazing!!! I hired her as a day coordinator for my wedding. I don't think she had a moment of rest from the time she arrived until she left. She handled the crises of the day remarkably and checked in with me regularly throughout. Did I mention that she also made my wedding cake, which was beautiful. She was just wonderful throughout... I enjoyed working with her and would recommend her 1000x to anyone looking for a Day of Coordinator.
I am so happy that I hired Pam as my wedding day-of-coordinator. Although it was “day-of”, she helped me with a lot of the preparation that I didn’t even know existed. I didn’t know anything about a wedding and how to put it together, but she helped me more than I ever imagined. My timeline went smoothly and she assisted me in making sure everything was in line beforehand. Toward to end, she relieve me of my wedding stress by taking care of the little things. She was extremely easy to work with and her love for what she does truly shows. I have no regrets of hiring her and would recommend her to anyone needing help planning a wedding who knows nothing about how to make it happen or even someone who does.
I’m so happy that we hired wedding possibilities for our wedding flowers! They were so sweet, and flexible when I needed to add things to the order last minute. They didn’t charge for delivery, and came straight to my hotel on the day of. My bridal bouquet was spot on what I sent her a picture of, and the bridesmaids bouquets looked pretty! She even gave us an extra one Incase. Boutonnières and corsages looked amazing as well!
We had Danielle do day-of coordination for our wedding this past weekend and it was a huge success! We had debated for a long time about whether we needed a day-of coordinator as we had already done most of the planning ourselves and most coordinators seemed really expensive for what we needed. Hiring Danielle was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She was always around keeping an eye on things and making sure everything ran smoothly. She checked in without being intrusive. She stuck around till the end of the night and made sure clean-up went well. She was professional, responsive and put us at ease so we could truly enjoy our day. We would definitely recommend her!
Rebecca coordinated and planned the complete Bridal show (It's a Wedding Affair) held in Cameron Park Community Center. This was the first time we attended the Bridal show and we were very pleased! I am so very thankful I found Ames Haus through thumbtack! Ariana was absolutely amazing through the entire process! I had let her know up front that we were funding our wedding and working with a pretty strict budget for florals, but that I love fresh flowers and we were hoping to make our florals our “decorations” since we are both pretty simple and wanted the natural beauty of fall to be our “decor”. She worked closely with us to really nail down our “vision”, and when we met in late summer she actually had a mock up (using real/gorgeous flowers!) and allowed us to take the centerpiece home. That blew me away! In late August I had a bit of a change in my vision due to bridesmaid dresses, and I expressed my concern (lighter colors, etc). She knew the exact fix, and the bouquets were breathtaking. When she delivered the boquets to the hotel, they nearly brought me to tears (I already had makeup done so I couldn’t cry!) They were beyond my expectations, and just perfect! When I arrived at the reception, she had also gone WAY above and beyond by providing chair florals (which were not within our budget) and also had prepared a “special” head table centerpiece. I had multiple people ask for her information, and without hesitation I would recommend for any event! She was such a nice person to work with, and her product was just beyond perfect! I’m sure there is so much more behind he scenes I don’t even know about (I got word she stayed to help set out the centerpieces/chair florals at our venue, etc) but everything I do know makes me so greatful we found her! Our wedding was June 2016 in Rocklin and it wouldn't have turned out so wonderful without the help of The Perfect Plan crew! Lori was calming, caring and made our wedding day SO perfect. I would highly recommend hiring a Month of Coordinator to give you piece of mind!!
We hired NK initially as our day of coordinator. We met with her and she told us about her experience with event design in Sri Lanka and how she was excited to be planning weddings again in the US. As she is building her business, her price was great for our little budget and she proved right away that she would go above and beyond just the day of. We liked her attitude - she is sweet but also very honest and direct, things we knew we would need from a coordinator on our wedding day. We kept in touch other the months with us passing over vendors as we signed them. She mentioned that Paradise Parkway designs events in addition to coordinating and that she could do the full decor and florals too. There were a couple of reasons we said yes - the first being that she showed us her portfolio and she does have a wonderful eye, the second being that our venue didn't include other services so it felt great to know everything was going to be taken care of (linens, decor...etc). We really liked her sketches of what the day could look like. She gave us multiple options and different price points and we worked together to find the right look. I'm not knowledgeable about flowers, so I told her my color palette and theme, and sent some pictures of other bouquets I liked. She provided a list of the flowers she was going to include, and what similar bouquets looked like. I truly felt like she understood our personality and what we wanted visually from the day. When the day arrived - we were blown away. The flowers were huge arrangements stuffed full of pale greens and huge blooms in shades of pink and white. Some were HUGE, like the ones at the altar - yet always elegant. The ones lining the aisle were ferns with tall delicate flower poking up. The bouquets were sprawling and they smelled incredible. Our reception hall was transformed, and I received compliment after compliment about how beautiful everything was. She definitely nailed the decor and very beautifully incorporated our personal elements - like lawn games, a candy buffet and letters made of succulents. She even set up the center pieces so that people could take them home afterwards. Our day was stunning thanks to NK at Paradise Parkway!
OH MY GOSH I CANT GIVE SAMANTHA ANYTHING BUT LOVE! She was so amazing during my wedding process! Anything I needed help with she was there. She even put all the flowers in my arch for me and it turned out fantastic! She was super reasonably priced and I honestly can say she made my wedding day such a breeze. If your looking for a wedding planner then Samantha is your girl. She will do anything and everything to make your day special. I will definitely be using her again!
Kris was the officiant at our wedding as well as the ceremony and reception coordinator. She is the absolute most organized person I know and understands and respects deadlines. She met with me numerous times throughout the planning of our wedding, and after listening and taking notes about what I wanted, she took charge and completely organized the ceremony, was in charge of delegating tasks to people in a clear manor, all the decorations for the reception, place settings, room design, decorations at the ceremony cite all while making sure all our immediate family members and bridal party were taken care of. I never had to worry about decisions she would make, as I had complete trust in her ability to create what I had invisioned for my special day. On a side note, she also coordinated our engagement party, and it turned out to be a total blast for everyone! I would recommend her to anyone planning a wedding who needs a coordinator or officiant. I have absolutely no complaints. She is professional, understanding, caring, devoted and she really puts her heart into it, as if she was planning it for her own son or daughter.

From the start Kimberley made dress appointments to all our guest hotel accomodations for 200 plus people to transportation with two commenrcial size buses transpoting all my guest. Kimberley was cruscial in all aspects of not just planning and coordinating but went beyond to give me peace of mind to enjoy all steps of our wedding planniong to the day of. Her eye for design is what made it even more special for us to feel we were not a cookie cutter wedding. When planning for a wedding it's hard work. There's a lot of planning and time management is important. It was the best thing I ever did when it comes to organizing my wedding is hiring a day of event coordinator. Kristina was a great choice. She created a timeline, got in contact with all my vendors and during the day of the wedding Kristina helped a lot. Of course I was 30 minutes late getting to my venue. My future husband and Kristina were already at the venue planning. During the wedding I didn't have to worry about anything. She stuck with the timeline and if I had changes she would make it happen. At the end of the night she helped take down decorations and made sure everyone was out of the venue. If anyone is looking for a affordable, professional, and detail oriented day of event planner you will not have anyone better then Kristina De Leon.
Natasha helped me with my wedding ceremony and reception. She was my event coordinator. The decorations were all very beautiful, when I walked into the ceremony as well as reception, it looked awesome! She did everything I asked for. She went above and beyond. I am one satisfied bride! I will be hiring her again for future parties and celebrations that my family has.
