I called on TRIO to get help with efficient HVAC routing. My upstairs was heating too much and downstairs was not heating at all. The HVAC technician (Mirko) basically lied to me. He said my hvac and cooling system is too big for my home. He recommended replacing to one with a smaller btu and adding a zoning system. When asked about approx costing, he mentioned the company could buy the system for approx 3K and then all the associated work would cost approx 22k. He mentioned that the ducts could not be touched because they were within the drywall downstairs. I asked about adding more vents downstairs and he basically said that wouldnt help. He offered to send in a Project Manager from the same company. I told the proj manager that I was confused with the technician's recommendation. So he called the tech on speaker. And the tech basically said completely different things on the speaker. The proj manager's recommendation was 2 Zone System and airflow balancing, which is what I expected.

Every time they come to work they come with a smile on their face and their work ethic is the best in the industry. To top that all, they provide the best price for the work!
