I'm starting my third year with Kip. As a personal trainer, Kip is the best I've had. I always get a full body workout during the appointed hour. And the gym is truly private; no one else to bother you as Kip guides you through the workout. Well worth the money.

I've been working with Dan since Christmas 2010, and he is absolutely fantastic. He is very flexible, which is important if you have a crazy schedule. He comes up with all kinds of awesome exercises (I don't think we've done the same one twice in 3 months), and uses a variety of indoor, outdoor, and gym locations, so you're never bored and always finding new muscles you didn't even know you had. He's great with motivation and tracking progress, and most important: he delivers results! (Of course, you have to actually do the work, but he will walk with you every step of the way there.) As a yogi (both a teacher and student) I'm a tough critic on any fitness instructors. After noticing there are certain problem areas my yoga practice just wasn't addressing I reached out to Leona for help.
