From the moment she answered my request for a personal trainer, I knew this was my girl. I was really excited to work with her because she just seemed to get me and understand all the changes my body has gone through as a mom. I love the fact that she downloads me with information as to why and how things work the way they do. The studio never has more than a few people at a time training with other trainers and it's super clean. Most times there's no one else but her and I. It's not like a packed sweaty gym with people staring. Becky pushes me to my extremes and I've never worked so hard in my life...but I want it that bad! She's motivating, she checks in on me every few days to keep me accountable, she's informative...and she allows children. I bring my 5 month old daughter with me to training sessions and she watches and cheers me on. I've already lost 5 lbs just following her meal plans and working out 5 days a week. And I've only been seeing her for 2 weeks. I train with her 2 days a week and go to the gym 3-4 times a week. I had the opportunity to experience a Tim Clark workout during a boot camp type workout. He had several stations that worked out our whole body. He was able to show us how tondoneachnstation and let us know what muscles we aee working on while we were doing it. He gave excellent corrective feedback when we were struggling with form, encouraged us when we were ready to give up and cheered us on when we did well!
I’ve been with Kenny for 2 weeks now and he’s great. He works great with my schedule and is very friendly, not like a boot camp. Time flys when training with him. He’s also very understanding and is available anytime I have any questions. Definitely would recommend.

I've been Dave Fatula's client since December 2014. I am very picky about whom I work with and Dave has exceeded my expectations in every way. He is knowledgeable, creative, committed - and fun. Best of all, as a 52-year old woman with very specific physical strengths and weaknesses, the Functional Fitness system Dave developed and the customization he offers has enable me to quickly and safely increase my muscle mass and improve my stability and mobility. I've tried strength training at home on my own, generic workouts at the gym, various boot camps - and all were short-lived and demoralizing experiences.
