From the moment she answered my request for a personal trainer, I knew this was my girl. I was really excited to work with her because she just seemed to get me and understand all the changes my body has gone through as a mom. I love the fact that she downloads me with information as to why and how things work the way they do. The studio never has more than a few people at a time training with other trainers and it's super clean. Most times there's no one else but her and I. It's not like a packed sweaty gym with people staring. Becky pushes me to my extremes and I've never worked so hard in my life...but I want it that bad! She's motivating, she checks in on me every few days to keep me accountable, she's informative...and she allows children. I bring my 5 month old daughter with me to training sessions and she watches and cheers me on. I've already lost 5 lbs just following her meal plans and working out 5 days a week. And I've only been seeing her for 2 weeks. I train with her 2 days a week and go to the gym 3-4 times a week. If you're ready to change your lifestyle and need some real help doing so, this is your girl. This is my first time hiring a personal trainer and I just got sooooo lucky. Thanks Becky!
