Chef Mumsie is a wonderful catering company. Very personable and the food was delicious (warm, tasty, and satisfied my 300 guests). Bridgette was amazing to work with and was able to meet my every standard. They enthusiastically worked with me to provide a meal within my budget. They were able to provide a meal (Spaghetti with spicy meatballs, vegetarian baked spaghetti, mixed green salad, dinner rolls/garlic bread, and cookies) that was delicious. Thank you Chef Mumsie and Bridgette!!

I hired Haute Productions for a private cooking class for a bachelor party event, and we had the best time. Keith was an awesome teacher and host, he made the experience wonderful. Everyone had a blast and it was the best part of the entire weekend. Not to mention the fact that the food was awesome! I would highly recommend using Haute Productions for any event you may have.

We took a private Vegan cooking class with Aline and it was wonderful. We enjoyed all the dishes that we created and enjoyed Alines fun easy going personality as well. The species that she incorporated with basic veg was amazing and soooo delish! we will be doing another lesson soon!

I hired Laura to teach a series of cooking classes at the school where I am the Director. She is an amazing teacher along with being an incredible chef. My students were constantly asking when Chef Laura would be coming back. Laura came to each session, enthusiastic and ready to cook and teach. She is really creative, and was able to incorporate fresh fruits and vegetables from our school garden! The lessons ranged from soups to sweet baked goods. My favorite cooking lesson included home made pasta with a delicious tomato sauce. I am looking forward to working with her again.

Amazingly delicious food. From appetizers to main dishes to desserts, I was delighted with not only the taste, but the lovely presentation. I highly recommend her for any occasion! I try to avoid sweets but could not resist hers. I especially like that she uses fresh, organic, savory ingredients. I don't know my way around the kitchen, but she makes everything look so easy, I want to take a cooking class with her.

I am a big fan of Zainab's food. I have to admit I was a bit hesitant to taste her vegan dish because there are a lot of misconceptions when it comes to vegan or vegetarian food. She made some sweet carrots, smashed potatoes, imitation chicken, and pasta salad! It was so delicious and I was in awe that the chicken was not made from actual animal meat. I definitely recommend "Another Side of Soul" to anyone who wants a tasty and healthy dish!

Few chefs have as wide a level of knowledge about not just the food but also wine accompaniments. Ed has been a "foodie" since about 30 years before the term came into wide usage!! He has excellent sources for all his ingredients and his preparations are thorough and well-thought out. If you want to feature particular types of cuisine or particular wines, he will match his menu to any specifications you might have. Not quite sure why he's never had his own restaurant, although cooking for a living is not quite the same as cooking for the love of cooking.

I have had the pleasure to know Rebekah for over 5 years now and have experienced her amazing vegan dishes. I also have attend many of her cooking classes that are not only tasty but teaches you about nutrition and how to make vegan dishes that look and taste so satisfying that you don’t even miss eating meat and best of all good for you! In addition, I have also hired her to cater my parties. Her professionalism and thought that goes into the menu planning was beyond my expectations. The presentation of the food was so delightful and delicious. Some of my favorite dishes are the spring rolls with house made peanut sauce, vegan crab cakes and her famous raw lasagna! I highly reccomend her for all your catering needs and to take her cooking lessons, you will not be disappointed!

Vegan cooking has never been as fabulous as when Porsche is the one serving up cruelty free dishes. She makes healthy - usually soy free - meals for my boss Russell Simmons and myself on the regular. Our guests always leave our events raving about the taste and marveling at how satisfying it is without flesh and dairy. She is the best of the best!

My husband and I practice a vegan diet. We both love Vegan Paella which is hard to find in vegetarian and Spanish restaurants here and abroad. When I found out that Sabrina combines both Vegan and Spanish Cuisines, I immediately scheduled a culinary class with her. Prior to her arrival we discussed what type of rice, vegetables and spices I should have on hand. Sabrina accompanied me to the Spanish store to purchase the Paella pan as well. Within the first few minutes of ingredients sautéing in the pan, my olfactory and visual senses were awakened with a jolt! The smell and look of the creation in progress got better as the prep continued. I wanted to taste a little bit quite often and had to sneak a spoon into the pan like a sleuth intruder. Sabrina was very patient answering all my questions and injected humor into the class. We laughed and it was a joyous experience all around. As she explained ‘It’s all in the Soffrito’. The Paella was the best I’ve ever eaten and feel confident that I can make it myself. I highly recommend Sabrina’s cooking class for anyone who has a hankering for Spanish food.

Teresa took time to understand my needs and what I wanted to get out of my experience with her. She also spent a lot of time personalizing our day together and being thoughtful about how to schedule and plan it all out so that I got the most out of it. I learned a ton of tips since we went through the entire process, from picking out my ingredients through preparation. Teresa was willing to answer any question (no matter how silly) I had along the process and adjust to any changes I requested. Teresa is really knowledgable and experienced, as was evident throughout my time with her. I would 100%, no doubt, hire Teresa for many more cooking experiences/classes in the future. I definitely feel more confident in the kitchen after spending a day with her.
