I rarely write reviews, but Knockout Plumbing and Repipe truly deserve recognition for their exceptional professionalism, integrity, and dedication to customer satisfaction. Two years ago, they reinstalled the entire sewer line for my home and backed it with a 10-year warranty—something you rarely see these days. This weekend, I had a sudden clog. They responded immediately and snaked the line. When the clog reappeared the next day, they showed up again—on a Sunday, within an hour—snaked the line, ran a camera, and ensured everything was flowing properly. But it didn’t stop there. They returned the very next day with a full team. They went under the crawl space, carefully checked the gradient, and found that a belly had formed in the drain pipe due to some rocks. They fixed it thoroughly, adjusted the hangers, remeasured the gradient, and made sure everything was back to optimal. They even promised to reassess if a future issue arises—no questions asked. Stephen D. says, "Well, the Mainline Hunter technicians did fix the 2nd floor shower waste water leakage, and cut into the kitchen ceiling to address the issue. I think they spent around 5 hours on site here, and the job was done well. I got a better value from the Mainline Hunter price bid (compared to another outfit). They explained and showed in a video that I do have a deeper plumbing issue of clogging and gunk downstream from the work site; that will require another project for another day. This is to be expected from the 101 year old house I live in. For now, the leakage problem is solved - no more dripping water from the kitchen ceiling."See more

They completely deserve their 5 stars. Axel was amazing. I have rarely encountered the level of prodessionalism and attention to detail that I received from Axel. He took his time to carefully show me exactly what was wrong on the camera and then explained my options. He clearly set expectations, oversaw the work himself, and kept in constant communiation throughout by text. The crews that performed the work were equally professional. They arrived on time, kept the work site tidy, and clearly took pride in their work. The reason I had selected Drain & Water was their expertise in drain repair and the range of solutions they could offer. They have the equipment to tackle issues that most cannot. All too often a drain is blindly snaked with no idea about the underlying problem. I was impressed with Drain & Water's constant use of cameras to see exactly what the problems were. They discovered a broken piece of pipe, likely from a bathroom remodel 20 years ago that had been causing a slow shower drain for decades. Snakes were ineffective but Alex got creative and suggested we use their descaling tool which finally solved the problem. This is probably the most professional and capable service company I have ever worked with."See more

I chose three because that was the maximum number of choices. Bit I want to give the ‘en the five choices. 1) Work Quality 2) Professionalism 3) Responsiveness 4) Value and 5) Punctuality. In my humble opinion, they deserve and A+ on each one of those categories. Why? I’ve hired 5-Point Plumbing a couple of times. They were the only ones that answered the phone immediately when I wane looking for a plumbing service in my area. The others didn’t answer at all or I was forwarded to automated machines in other cities. The first time I called, I spoke with Mariah, and she was so nice courteous. She said her crew was coming from Palo Alto, but they would show up, even when it was after 5:00pm. They did. They came, assessed the situation and came back the next day at 8:00am to replace my front and backyard water faucets. They didn’t an excellent job. The second time I hired them, they showed up in time, just like the first time, Omar and Jose who I already knew from the first visit, replaced a bathroom sink faucet and a kitchen faucet . My kitchen faucet was leaking, so I called the company and they scheduled another visit, they came a couple of times to check the problem and came to the conclusion of her the faucet I had bought was defective. I ran to the place where I had bought my kitchen faucet, bought a new one and called 5-Point one more time. They were always nice to me and said that it was all under warranty, so, Omar came one last time, replaced it and voila. Our Kitchen faucet works perfectly. I would like to highly recommend 5-Point Coro. For any plumbing needs you have. My wife and I are planning to continue to work with them since we’re extremely happy with whet they’ve done for us.
