The communication was great! Before I started living here full time, we coordinated access for their team, and a rep from their team was able to meet with the inspector on my behalf without me having to be there, so it was very hassle-free.Afterward, everything worked great, and the patching job they did was excellent. For a spot behind the laundry that was missed, the crew they sent for the follow-up was quick to take care of it.I was especially impressed and grateful for their customer service when, a couple of weeks after they finished the job, I asked for their help moving the dishwasher out for a deep clean. Frank and Karla responded right away and sent two people that same day to take it out, even helped vacuum and clean the space, and put the dishwasher back in again.Now I can sleep at night knowing every corner of my kitchen is newly piped and squeaky clean :) Thank you, Karla, Frank, and the rest of the team, for your hard work and dedication to providing the best service possible!"See more

Nugen plumbing is did an amazing job! Kevin and Jason are very professional, honest, and all around do great quality of work. They were very quick to answer and were able to come right away on the same day. My kitchen faucet was leaking and turned out I needed a new garbage disposal. They went and got the part right away and did not overcharge, they charged the cost they got it for and installed it for a reasonable price. I’m truly grateful for their hard work. I will definitely hire Nugen for any future needs.

I was very pleased with a 10 minute response and a quoted price to replace valve& piping I was called and said it needed a pressure valve also, there was none on the valve currently, but I felt it reasonable to have one installed since I've seen many homes with them... I've owned 4 homes and 0 had one, but I went either his recommendation. He was very polite, professional and Quickly had new piping installed. My cost doubled by adding the pressure regulator, but I do know I will call these guys first the next time I need plumbing fixed. You get what you pay for, and that does count

I would of picked all 5 categories and more - this is the best business and like the name they really do care about their customers make these guys your plumbers for everything - you can totally trust this business- we had an urgent situation something that could of taken a week to get fixed he came back in the morning and got it taken care of - our main pipe was rotted - our house was built in 1964 - him and his team put in new pipe etc they did allot of work - front yard and under house - in this heat - Honesty and Pride in the work they do - they left the place cleaner then what it was - I was so impressed- Will the plumber I learned served our country in the Army - he joined after what was seen on the news of 9/11 - he had just finished high school - I thanked him and really appreciate his service to our country -please keep his info on hand when you have any plumbing needs - you cannot go wrong - thank you guys so much
