Latest Review: I worked with Chris out of his home 3 times per week for about a year when I was 19 (13 years ago).
Even then, he had amazing equipment, was a great motivator and, more importantly, I knew I was in good, safe hands.
These days, I stick with mostly resistance training but what I learned from him proved invaluable because it shaped (not only my 19 year old self) but how I manage a healthy lifestyle as an adult too! Every element of my muscle toning I use today stems from his core teachings, from maxing out on a properly executed pushup to even his warm-up broomstick twists!
My time with Chris was not only about the 15 extra pounds of muscle my scrawny teenage self worked up to, it was about self discovery, learning how to work fitness into your busy life and how just a little bit, done right can greatly affect your mental state as well.
I suggest everyone give Chris' sessions a try but especially recommend teenagers go as well. A better more dedicated trainer, mentor and friend you will not find.
