Prior to working with JJ, my lifestyle wasn't very active. I knew i needed a personal trainer to help with my exercise routine, and JJ was the perfect guy. Since I started working with him 2 months ago, I am now definitely stronger, and he'll push you during training but still make it enjoyable. He also pointed out the things I needed to maintain during my off days, such as cardio. I definitely recommend him to help anyone who wants to start an active lifestyle.

Jake helped me with training advice and nutrition advice when he used to live in the UK, before he moved to LA. His information has really helped me, both in terms of improving health and fitness levels. He is incredibly motivating and inspiring - and he was so keen to help me as an individual and find out what would work best for me. I didn't like 'traditional' exercise, like endless runs or boring gym machines - but Jake could find ways to mix it up, keep it fresh and interesting, and I even managed to have fun along the way! Hands down Jobi Morrison is the BEST personal trainer! I have been training with Jobi for 5 years. I'm the strongest I have ever been! My workouts are never boring. Manuk helped get me in shape for Army Airborne school!! I was able to do my maximum amount of pull-ups, 5 mile run as well as push ups and sit-ups!! I would highly recommend this motivated individual as your personal trainer and working out with celebrities was pretty cool!!

Looking for an experienced, family friendly, and highly supportive personal trainer that specializes in MMA? Look no further. I randomly found EJ while walking through my community (and coincidentally on thumbtack..small world!) and I saw him training a mother and daughter. After exchanging info and then researching him more on thumbtack and the web, I decided to start training with him. The rest is history. I've since focused on boxing and Muay Thai mainly for self-defense and the cardio, and it's been working out really well. My power, speed, and stamina has improved significantly. I'm even thinking about getting my daughter to sign up with him to train. Great coach and trainer. I couldn't ask for anything more.
I've tried a few different personal trainers at big gyms over the years, but none as great as Steve. He pushes you hard and motivates you in a positive way. He's a great conversationalist and every workout is different so it's never boring. Steve is knowledgeable about everything fitness related and customizes his plan for you -- even working through your diet and nutrition. One of the most important things that Steve does is always watches form to maximize results and prevent injury.
Jacob trained me for 6 months and this being my first experience hiring a personal trainer, I was nervous about the experience. Jacob made me feel comfortable from the start and what I appreciated was the fact that he took the time to educate me about what the excersise or activity will accomplish. In addition, he performs a lot of different activities at every session so you will never be bored of doing routine training. I highly recommend him especially for first timers. I lost a total of 30 pounds and 10% body fat training with him for the 6 months but most importantly felt good about my fitness once again.
GOAT Fitness totally changed my attitude towards physical fitness. Rather than "exercise" at GOAT Fitness we TRAIN. Understanding the difference of a strength & conditioning PROGRAM like those offered at GOAT Fitness, compared to the exercise I did at my old personal training facility explains the difference in results. My old gym was pretty common to most "Exercise to the point of suffering while on a strict diet" I lost some weight. What my old gym did was made me dread my workouts, I was burned out, hungry, and unmotivated. Here the training sessions are physically demanding, but focused on strength goals, on pushing towards maximum performance rather than exhaustion. I've been a committed satisfied client for 6 months, I've lost 15 pounds, decreased my body fat from 26% to 19%, I went from a size 10 to a size 6. After I changed my focus from "punishing" my body with restricted calories and endless cardio at my old gym to STRENGTHENING my body at GOAT Fitness I've hit fitness milestones I never would've thought possible. If you're looking for a personal trainer, Vanesa is the way to go! She is dedicated to getting you to reach your fitness goals; whether thats shedding pounds, gaining muscle, or having the strength to do other activities (I can say this because these were all my goals). I've never had an unanswered question (about workouts, food, pain, etc ) or a missed session. She has been super accommodating to my schedule and previous injury. Anytime I would feel pain somewhere in my body she would give me advice on what to do, which has always fixed the problem. She has a positive adittude and will push you when you want to give up or are tired; she gets you to the place you want to be. I don't know what more you can ask for in a trainer. In the 3 months I've been with her, I have gotten compliments left and right, my energy levels have increased significantly, and most importantly I feel confident in my own skin again. I don't know what more you can ask for in a trainer. #teamsuazo

They say that your body is your temple. After two years of going to school , my body became more like a tent. I never got quote unquote fat per se, but gone were the days of my being built like a brick house. Instead my muscles were getting soft and when I started to get the infamous arm jiggle in my wave, I knew I couldn't take it anymore. That's when I decided I needed someone to whip my butt back into shape and called Amanda with Ace Transformation. Amanda is an effective trainer. She is encouraging, kind and she listens to your needs. She's in your corner, she's your coach. She'll have you cursing her name during every flight of stairs you take after leg day. But I say all of this in a good way because she gives you the tough love you need to get back in there at your true fighting weight. I highly recommend her for all your fitness needs.
