Johanna has helped me throughout my weight loss journey. I've had the pleasure of doing one-on-one training sessions, group training sessions, zumba, and yoga with Johanna. She's been nothing but amazing in each experience. I've been working with Johanna since December, and what I absolutely love is that from the moment I met her, she has been nothing but passionate and determined to help me reach my weight loss goals. Her determination has kept me motivated to stay on track, and even push myself when I feel I can no longer continue. Like she says "I can't doesn't exist in my dictionary!" :) I'm not a morning person, but our early morning workouts are definitely something I look forward to! Since December i've lost about 50lbs, but the best change of all is that I feel healthier and happier with myself. I highly recommend Mindy for her yoga instruction. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She is particularly helpful in circumstances where someone has injuries or illnesses they are working to overcome. She is very kind, patient and wonderful to work with.

Juliette is one of the best, most intuitive and grounded yoga instructors I have ever known. Her classes are unique in rhythm and personality every time. She exudes warmth and the classes never get dull. A true jewel!
Rene is the best! She's confident in her work and really pays attention to how pilates can work for you. She's very caring, very sweet, and responsive to your needs and questions! I have a background in dance, acrobatics, and yoga, and after having taken pilates only twice I have gained much more body awareness with her privates! Definitely worth it.
Describe the job What did Stephanie Horsley help you with? Where was the job? How long did it take? I took Yoga instruction from Stephanie at her Yoga studio. She was most helpful in showing me not only the correct way to do each posture but how much more important it is to connect with ones inner being. While practicing yoga. Yoga is not a matter of time. It is up to the student the number of classes they want to take. Say what went well What impressed you about the service? Did Stephanie Horsley go above and beyond? Was Stephanie Horsley on time? How was the quality of the work? Most yoga classes I have attended emphasize more on the physical. Stephanie talks throughout her class. Describing each each pose, what the pose represents, how it works in the body, how the spiritual aspect of each pose affects healing in the body. Yes she goes above anf d beyond in all areas of her life. She is very punctual. In comparison to other classes I have taken the quality of her work is amazing. The quality of her work is Pristine. Point out what could have been better What would have improved your experience? What went wrong, if anything? How could Stephanie Horsley do better in the future? By more effort on my part to deeply listen to her as she was describing each pose. Nothing went wrong. I am not a master Yoga instructor so I have no comment here.

I've hired Stacey for private Pilates lessons at my home. She is friendly, down-to-earth, knowledgable and flexible in her approach. I've had three lessons so far, looking forward to more.
Madi is an EXCELLENT yoga instructor! She’s has planned my workouts with my weakness & strengths in mind, as I️ grow with time & experience. She is flexible with our appointment times in case of conflicts with scheduling.. She has that “Yoga” knowledge of all the poses and also interjects different styles in our workouts. From Vinyasa Flow to some Kindelini! I LOVE her zen & spiritual positivity that she brings to her teaching. She truly lives in that mindset! Very refreshing and relaxing. I already have gained flexibility & strength and muscle tone ,as I continue my private workouts. The largest importance of having private Yoga instruction, is having someone make sure of how you do your poses & that your positioning is correct so injuries can be AVOIDED. It is easy to take a group class and possibly injure yourself because you aren’t doing the correct pose. It’s so hard for an instructor to see how each member of a class is actually performing. Also in privates, you can move in levels of experience at your own pace, and have CUSTOM WORKOUTS based on ones needs. Possibly wanting an ENERGETIC workout to a STRENGTH or RESTORATIVE if needed for sore or achy muscles. I’m ADDICTED to this private class! Hard to give up when each workout can be customized as I️ grow!! TRY THIS INSTRUCTOR! So awesome !!
I met Florence when I researched the web for private yoga lessons. Large group settings were not working for me, so I wanted something more personal. It was the 2nd best decision I've made in 2015. Florence is extremely professional, dedicated, expert in her area and strives to help make a positive impact in your life. She customizes every yoga and life coaching lesson to address my specific health needs and in the few months I've been working with her, I've achieved so much. I've lost weight (she provides wonderful recipes) and my balance has improved both physically and mentally. Every week I get excited to see her as I know, I'll learn something new that will have a long-lasting impact in my life. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Florence to anyone who is serious about making a positive change in their life through yoga/meditation and life coaching. SHE IS WORK EVERY PENNY.
Ana is fantastic. Very professional and experienced. She prepares notes for each session in advance! I've been doing private yoga for 5+ years and highly recommend Ana. Just don't steal my time.:)
I didn't love yoga, it scared me. I workout at Equinox, I train with personal trainers. I love to eat, mostly sugar. I didn't sleep well and had no energy. My muscles were tight, I was inflexible and angry. I spent weekends sleeping and recovering. Then I met Vlad and he changed my life. No, he helped me change my life. He is the best personal yoga instructor ever. If you even consider a private practice, schedule with him now. He is affordable and reliable. I now wake when the sun rises. I have an abundant amount of energy. I have lost weight, gained flexibility and strength and am eating a healthier diet. I am surprised daily by my mental acuity. I no longer lose my phone or keys. I am calmer. I need less sleep. I really can't say this more emphatically, yoga and Vlad have improved my life exponentially. Perhaps not in that order.
Bob was a great teacher. It was my first time doing yoga and he took the time to make sure I was correctly doing the poses. He showed me a few types of yoga and made the overall lesson fun and relaxing. Highly recommend him!
Tricialee is an amazing, caring instructor. I have had her for both private and group Pilates classes, and I get an excellent workout. She’s so attentive and remembers where you’re at to give you personalized tips every time. Highly recommend!
Devon has an excellent balance of a great personality & deep dedication to her yoga practice -- she knows exactly how to tailor a class to fit a client's needs, which is exactly what I look for in an instructor. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone interested in improving their fitness and well-being!
I have been fortunate enough to have had Fleur as a Pilates trainer on a 1 to1 basis as well as in a group session for several years. Her expertise is outstanding. She has the unique ability to teach by example and give her students an understanding they may not have had before. Her sensitive and caring way helps develop a strong and special bond. Fleur is very aware of health issues and in her group classes addresses those needs with her clients. I am a senior and have had osteoporosis for many years. With Fluer's help I have been able to strengthen the areas of weakness in my body. There are many Pilates instructors, but none that can compare to Fleur. How lucky I am to have found her!
I've been taking private yoga classes with Christine for several weeks now and she is outstanding. I've taken large yoga classes where they don't give you much instruction or feedback, but Christine makes sure that the sessions include exercising and relaxation of your mind and soul in addition to your body. That results in a much more complete and satisfying sessions. I am new to yoga but she has shown me how to appreciate and look forward to doing it, and I even do some of her routines on my own now. It is very clear that she is a very advanced practitioner, not just a drill sargeant like you'd find in bigger classes, and that she can work with students of any level, from beginner to very advanced.
I met with Kristy for a private yoga session. She listened to my questions and provided clear, thorough answers that were truly helpful. The entire session was completely aligned with my goals and I left with valuable insights that will be immediately helpful to my yoga practice. Kristy herself is friendly, personable, warm and easy to connect with. I have also attended one of her classes, and still use the information provided years later.
