OJ is 1 of the best personal trainers I've ever come into contact with. For starters, your initial meeting is a workout created to personalize your strengths and weaknesses for future sessions. Afterwards, he speaks with you regarding your target goals, time frame, ideal weight etc. Meanwhile, he's compiling a special profile just for you in his computer. He sends weekly updates on your progress like: body fat percentage and weight loss/gain. In addition, he also sends motivational text messages during the week. He really is the most professional personal trainer I've ever encountered. I'm just 3 weeks into my training sessions and I'm already seeing results. Thanks OJ!
My workouts with Megan are on a one to one basis, just the way I like it; she adds the support and works with me at the ability level that I can endure…since I have had major surgery on my neck for a severe ruptured disk that almost paralyzed me. As my personal trainer, she motivates and encourages me while adapting fitness routines to meet my individual needs, constantly striving to make your workouts enjoyable. I am currently working with Jobi. I haven't worked with a personal trainer before often thinking that they were somewhat over rated. However after meeting with Jobi and speaking with him about fitness goals I knew I found the right guy for the job. He does what he can in regards to scheduling and seeing what works best for you and truly puts his clients needs first. I am looking to the end result of my time with Jobi.

I highly recommend Roger to anyone interested in group training, personal training, or for any fitness goal that anyone may have. Roger really dedicate his time and energy to his clients to makes sure that the workouts are always invigorating, safe, fun, and never repetitive. I can guarantee there are no limits to his workouts; the word impossible is not in his vocabulary. I've worked with Johanna her as a trainer for over 6 mos. As a personal trainer Johanna is Very diverse and able to adapt to all your needs (nutrition, motivation, excercise regimen). Her classes are energetic and pumped up. She goes out of her way to accommodate you with scheduling. I've taken her classes for almost a year. I would always recommend her.

Looking for an experienced, family friendly, and highly supportive personal trainer that specializes in MMA? Look no further. I randomly found EJ while walking through my community (and coincidentally on thumbtack..small world!) and I saw him training a mother and daughter. After exchanging info and then researching him more on thumbtack and the web, I decided to start training with him. The rest is history. I've since focused on boxing and Muay Thai mainly for self-defense and the cardio, and it's been working out really well. My power, speed, and stamina has improved significantly. I'm even thinking about getting my daughter to sign up with him to train. Great coach and trainer. I couldn't ask for anything more.
I've tried a few different personal trainers at big gyms over the years, but none as great as Steve. He pushes you hard and motivates you in a positive way. He's a great conversationalist and every workout is different so it's never boring. Steve is knowledgeable about everything fitness related and customizes his plan for you -- even working through your diet and nutrition. One of the most important things that Steve does is always watches form to maximize results and prevent injury.
Jacob trained me for 6 months and this being my first experience hiring a personal trainer, I was nervous about the experience. Jacob made me feel comfortable from the start and what I appreciated was the fact that he took the time to educate me about what the excersise or activity will accomplish. In addition, he performs a lot of different activities at every session so you will never be bored of doing routine training. I highly recommend him especially for first timers. I lost a total of 30 pounds and 10% body fat training with him for the 6 months but most importantly felt good about my fitness once again.
Haley is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My fitness is increasing and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to box, complete more sit ups / core exercises, Haley pushes me harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts. I must be a glutton for punishment. Importantly: Haley ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. She is extremely reliable & punctual – always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned. I thoroughly enjoy working out in the outdoor environment, and would recommend Haley to anyone looking to improve their fitness with a dedicated trainer. Haley is the one!
I finally found a personal trainer that knows the difference in working a woman's body vs. a man's and Greg Chappel is the guy thats helping me get my body back. He is incredibly encouraging, pushes me but knows my limits as I get stronger. I HIGHLY recommend Greg...plus he is the nicest guy you will ever meet. The small gym atmosphere with a few other trainers and clients is cool too as we are all encouraging each other. Well worth my time and money!! Thanks Greg......

Reign Athletics & Self Made Training Facility have completely changed my expectations having a personal trainer. I have had trainers at Eos fitness & L.A. fitness and I will never go back to either places or any local gyms for that matter. As a MMA fighter I need to keep my body fat percentage down while keeping my muscle but most importantly staying around 185lbs so I don't die during weight cutts. Brittany has improved every aspect I need as a fighter inside and outside the gym. I never realized how much a science there is in fitness until I started training with her at Self Made. Self Made has top of the line equipment an amazing atmosphere of great people! It's is a Family I'm blessed to have the opportunity to train at and be apart of! When I first started with Brittany I was around 22-24% body fat and in so much need for conditioning and Muscle endurance! My first fight I was completely gased out by the first round that was before starting with Reign Athletics @SelfMadetrainingfacility within a month I had my second fight and I was day and night better!! They say that your body is your temple. After two years of going to school , my body became more like a tent. I never got quote unquote fat per se, but gone were the days of my being built like a brick house. Instead my muscles were getting soft and when I started to get the infamous arm jiggle in my wave, I knew I couldn't take it anymore. That's when I decided I needed someone to whip my butt back into shape and called Amanda with Ace Transformation. Amanda is an effective trainer. She is encouraging, kind and she listens to your needs. She's in your corner, she's your coach. She'll have you cursing her name during every flight of stairs you take after leg day. But I say all of this in a good way because she gives you the tough love you need to get back in there at your true fighting weight. I highly recommend her for all your fitness needs.
