Jonathan got me into incredible shape. I was out of shape and chubby prior to seeing Jonathan. Now I'm lean, stronger, and at a healthy weight. Also, he is a great martial arts and Krav Maga coach. I've been training Krav classes elsewhere but not getting the results I wanted. Now my punches, kicks, maneuvers, and techniques are on point.
When I first decided to start working out with a personal trainer, I looked online for personal trainers in Pasadena. I ultimately decided to go with Hugo based on all of the positive reviews I read of him on here. Since the reviews initially helped me make a decision on choosing Hugo as my personal trainer, I just had to leave my own review. Before committing to train with Hugo, he offered me an introductory deal so that I could experience working out with him. The first couple sessions he evaluated my strength, endurance, and overall physical ability. Once my fitness level and goals were established, Hugo set up a training program and nutritional plan for me. He begins every session by explaining and demonstrating the exercises in the circuit. He also clarifies and demonstrates the importance of proper form, which makes it really easy for me since I'm a visual learner. At any point during the exercise if I forget to use proper form, Hugo reminds me and encourages me throughout. He is very good at helping me understand which muscles each exercise is working out. I like how during every session, he is focused, patient, and motivates me to make sure I'm giving it my all. His professionalism and friendliness make it all that much more of a positive experience training with him. I've been training with Hugo for about three months now, and I can say that I'm truly happy with my results so far. My strength and endurance have greatly increased since our first session. I've noticed my body fat decrease and my muscle mass increase. I also feel much better when I'm exercising and eating healthy, it has greatly helped with my anxiety. I definitely plan on continuing to train with Hugo. I'm excited to see how my fitness level and physique continue to progress. I'm glad that I chose Hugo as my personal trainer, it is obvious that he loves what he does and cares about his clients. I definitely recommend Hugo for anyone looking for a personal trainer, you will not regret it!

At first I was a little nervous about training outside of a gym. However, from our first meeting, David made me feel very comfortable. Now, I prefer the one on one training without the gym noise and other people. David creates a weekly plan made just for me instead of a one shoe fits all approach. My starting bench weight was only 65 and now I'm already at 120! Training with David doesn't feel like a drag, but rather an exciting journey of self-improvement. I look forward to my weekly sessions and even more to the dramatic results. David is more than a trainer- he's an inspiration.
Manuk isn't an ordinary trainer. He pays close attention to your needs and goals and tailors the work out plan accordingly. I loved the different work out plans each and every time which helped me like working out. One of the main reasons Manuks training works for me is because he motivates and inspires me every time. The key for me was to stay consistent.
Excellent coach, he's very committed, enthusiastic but respectful at the same time. I have been training with him for two months now and since the first week I could see results. The session goes from lifting weights to self defence, he really makes the work out to your necessities, pushes you to give your best.

Sandy is not your typical trainer but shes a good one! She doesnt yell at you and push you until you cry. Rather she counts your reps, cracks a joke, or talks to you to make the session time pass quickly. She keeps things from getting stale by never doing the exact same exercises in consecutive meetings. Sandy knows so many exercise variations that she will adapt your training if you dont like a particular exercise or want to focus on improving one thing or another. She is also one of the few trainers that is willing to come to your house or a local park to train you. I highly recommend her. Shell get you into better shape if youre willing to put in the effort too.
The personal training with Chris was very effective and good fun. He developed a specialized training routine for strength and coordination for me. Besides that he was friendly and professional. I will definitely book more sessions with him and would recommend him to everybody for personal trainings.

When I talked to her over the phone just to do basic free consultation with her, I already knew that she was knowledgeable and I had some good feelings about doing a first session with her. I have been training with her for about 5 months, I was seeing her 3 to 4 times a week first, but now, seeing her once a week as she has given me enough confident to do right training on my own, and seeing her once/twice a week still helps me to see that Im steadily staying active and keeping my ideal weight. I had a big belly (whoops) and I wanted to get rid of it and start eating healthy and living healthy. Seeing her 4 times a week for the first month and half (maybe for like 2 months or 3 months actually) really helped me to squeeze myself. I realized how my ideas about "healthy eating" was not actually that healthy at all by getting meal plans by her. Also, her training is hard yet not boring. She does all kinds of sports and is good at incorporating them into conditioning. She will push you, and if you are the type of person who gives up so easily, she may just drop you, as she is a warrior and she loves people that have 'can do attitude'. She is there to reach your goals, but if you don't have the attitude to change your life, then there is nothing anyone can do for you. She tells all the time, YOU have to want it bad enough and I will help you to get there. But if your heart is not there, I can't help you. She is right, and she has motivated me in so many ways, and these days, I feel like I get attentions from ladies while walking into a store or walking down the street. I feel good and I know I look so much better than before. If you feel like getting trained by a warrior who knows how to make you like a warrior (I mean to reach your goals, not to train to go to war or anything..), contact her.

Am 40 years old and I have been training with Carman he is a great trainer that takes time to workout the right exercises that your body needs to hit those areas,he is really capable of making changes in ways of dieting and exercises. I recommend him to anyone that wants to make changes in their single days life's habits. "Great guy to train with it."
I have to say, I have been trained by different fitness instructors for several years and Eric Bowling is truly one of the most thorough, knowledgeable and caring trainers I have ever met. From beginning to end of my sessions, he is constantly watching and guiding to make sure my form is perfect. He always gives the reason behind doing what he is asking me to do, the muscle groups that are being used and is pretty much a genius with proper nutrition and supplementation. I have to tell you, I had my doubts as he is the youngest trainer I have ever hired. I am glad I set those doubts aside because he truly is so passionate about what he does, keeps the workouts fresh, pushes me to go beyond what I think I can do and really takes the best interest of the client in mind. He wants everyone to be successful with their goals. During the summer I wasn't able to get to the gym for a while because I was opening a new location for my business. He called me and asked me where I had been. That meant the world to me because at the time he wasn't even training me so it wasn't as if he had to call me because I had missed a session, he called me because he was concerned. I had known him the least amount of time of any of the trainers I had previously worked with at my gym and he was the first one that had ever done that. I won't ever forget that! Working out with Frank has really kept me motivated and inspired to reach not only my fitness goals but personal goals as well.
