Kandis is a tremendous yoga teacher! Her upbeat personality and sharp sense of humor are great for an early morning class. And most of all she is an extremely knowledgeable professional.
I was having stress problems due to work and decided to try meditation to resolve the issue. I found Sean via Thumbtack and found him to be a very calming, supportive and understanding person whom I felt relaxed with immediately. After the first session I began to reduce my stress via short meditations as needed using the 30 minute meditation audio created for me at our first meeting. Further visits were also very calming and re-enforcing, I do not know how to explain it but he provides the same sort of grounded peaceful reality that I had previously received from being near the ocean or in a forest. Now whenever I begin to get off track or overwhelmed I find an available conference room and within 10 minutes I feel relaxed and rejuvenated allowing to move forward with clarity. I typically only need to do this once a day on stressful days and I am sure it would be more beneficial as I begin to practice it more regularly. In my case, this only took me a few visits and Sean did not try to push for more visits etc as is the norm but I do plan to visit him again. He helped me get off the mental treadmill typical of the high stress tech industry and it seems that my whole life has slowed down and become more manageable. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking to regain your proper priorities and peace of mind.
I had a level 1 Reiki Attunement session with Monica. The 90 minute session was teaching of Reiki and what to expect once I get the attunement. The actual attunement process was 5 minutes long. The job has been well done because I feel the energy flowing when I do self Reiki. I would definitely recommend her.
Dana is a gifted yoga teacher. Her knowledge of the body and her connection to the Divine make her classes remarkable. Her teachings are inspired and always ground me back into my purpose and truth. Jenny is one of the most amazing yoga teachers I’ve ever met and had the pleasure of taking classes with. I recommend Heather/Sevika for yoga practice instructor. She is very observant and knowledgable. I have taken yoga with her and co-taught many classes with her. She is very easy to work, companionate and a great communicator.

I had a private Therapeutic Yoga session with Nichol. She has a kind and calming presence and has a strong knowledge of yoga. I felt safe and at ease through the whole session. Leslie is an incredible kids yoga and meditation teacher. She is warm, centered and so much fun. She is totally understands and appreciates children. She uses games and props to teach them about their bodies, yoga and mindfulness. I know she is magical because when she isn't around they talk about her, they practice their poses, chants and mediation work.
