My Family and I have enjoyed anniversary and holiday Dinners with Chef Albert for a few years now, his bubbly personality grasped your attention for the love of what food can be, we also loved the sous vide Turkey and his spicy infusion techniques, all his homemade ice cream for desserts and are prepared with fresh fruit and berries and is always delicious. it has been an inspiration to have him as part of our family and giving us the opportunity to expand our pallet & a new way of cooking.
We hired Tim to do a private cooking class and dinner for a group of 10 at an airbnb in Tahoe. Tim let us choose from 3 different menus ahead of time and came very prepared. He brought all the equipment necessary and had backup plans in case if we didn't have a grill or, in our case, our grill was too small. He did arrive a bit late, but adjusted his setup and cooking to still make the time we targeted for dinner. The group really enjoyed the lesson with Tim. Tim was very friendly and engaging, and the food was delicious. His pricing was very affordable, and we gave a huge tip at the end because we really enjoyed his service.

Jon, and his assistant Danny, catered a sit down dinner for 24. The menu included several appetizers, salad, Filet Mignon and lobster with fingerling potatoes and veggies, and a homemade raspberry filled buttercream cake (as requested) for my husbands 70th birthday. Everything was perfect!!!!!! Exceeded our expectations. Not only was everything amazing but Jon and Danny couldn’t have been any nicer. Several of my guests are already arranging to use them for their upcoming events. We would definitely use them again. They made my husbands 70th so special. Could t be happier.
Our daughter wanted a cooking birthday party with a few close friends. Daun did a wonderful job working with them and the party was a hit.
I must admit that I was a bit skeptical about raw foods, BUT Chef Tena *truly* changed my mind (and body). She has an innate talent, not only with recipe creation, and food preparation, but also with making food *beautiful.* I didn't have any real favorites, since they were ALL over-the-top delicious! The chefs at More Love Catering are great. They made great food for my wedding reception, traviled to us, and work within out bugget to the best of there ability.
