There’s just so much stuff to write about my experience, but basically DeVine Physiques is like the Costco of fitness! Gabriel is a certified personal trainer, a certified fitness nutrition specialist, and a certified corrective exercise specialist! I've trained with Gabriel for about three months and lost 9.5 pounds! Gabriel isn’t your typical trainer: he’s involved and efficient. He’ll help coach you on nutrition/food and even take the time to look over your food diary and give you tips! He literally builds a fitness plan for each client in order to fit their goals/needs. He helped me train for a 5K and solved this ongoing problem I’ve been having with shin splints! Lastly, he doesn’t waste your time. Each session runs very efficiently. In between exercises he incorporates ACTIVE rest periods so you’re still moving but still getting a break. You’ll definitely walk out of those sessions feeling like you’re on top of the world. Basically, if you’re looking for someone that is honest, kind, professional, and knowledgable I HIGHLY recommend looking into DeVine Physiques to help meet your goals!

Gilbert's fitness training program is both comprehensive and holistic. Every hour-long session with him is a step forward to becoming more aware of different aspects of my own health maintenance that I need to pay attention to such as weaker joints that need to be strengthened, strong areas that need to be reinforced, eating habits that need to be streamlined, sleeping routine which need to be re-aligned, etc. Gilbert's personalized service is highly customized to the client's needs. His approach is very person-oriented to the program rather than task-oriented to the business. Anyone ought to owe it to themselves to allow themselves to somehow experience some period of fitness training, health mentoring, and wellness supervision with Gilbert Orbeso of Vital Fitness.

When I began my search for a fitness professional I had specific criteria which I'm sure most people do. I wanted someone who could push my limits and accelerate my goals but do so safely and without coming across as pushy or arrogant. I hit the jackpot with Chris! He is extremely personable, knowlegable and results driven. Without sounding odd, I might describe him as an artist creating a sculpture. He keeps the workouts interesting and pushes me while keeping things engaging and fun. He keeps tabs on my overall health, always has a great attitude and articulates our strategy. To this point I have added lean muscle mass and lost 45lbs! I would highly recommend Chris as your personal trainer and I expect you will not be disappointed!

I called LaVelle for A Self Defense Lesson for a few women when another trainer wasn't able to make it. This was the only day they had to do it so it was a little hard trying to find someone to step in last minute. I found LaVelle off thumbtack and reached out to him. I am so glad that LaVelle was available. He was able to step in and take over in less than a hour notice and went above and beyond!!! The women I scheduled the lesson for loved LaVelle and was so thankful for his expertise and knowledge of self defense! He even made them laugh along the way and kept the lesson so fun! Jorge is an exceptional trainer, teacher, coach, and motivator. He teaches me boxing and various forms of martial arts and each day that I work with him I learn so much -- about myself, about the craft, about Jorge's skills, and Jorge's abilities and patience as a teacher. I can feel myself making progress after every session with Jorge. His ability to break down movements and describe how they all fit together is incredible. He weaves in breath work, ancient wisdom, and practical skill application into every lesson. My experience with Kennetic-Fit and Wellness was amazing! Kennon worked with me professionally and effectively and didn't over push me past my limits. I was able to get a great workout, be educated about how the body works, and also things I can do at home to keep healthy as far as eating cleaner. We discussed my diet and certain cleansing methods that would be good for me to really detox my body as well. Kennon not only trains you but also helps you change your over all being when it comes to your health and body. I highly recommend and I will continue to come back!

I lost 57 pounds with this program. I have tried many other programs to lose weight over the years including NutriSystem expensive prepackaged meal program, taking Zumba classes, fitness classes, cardio classes and spin classes at my local gym. I have even tried 2 different types of weight loss drugs, including even taking laxatives! I would lose a few pounds but I always gained it back. This program was personalized and designed just for me. It is a very well rounded program. How much does a nutritionist cost?

Nutritionists can help people learn to follow special diets in a healthy way, such as becoming vegetarian or vegan or developing a low-sodium or gluten-free eating plan. Are nutritionists covered by health insurance?

Nutrition counseling is more likely to be covered if it is part of a doctor-prescribed treatment for a particular medical condition, such as diabetes, obesity, high blood pressure or coronary heart disease.
