Pros: Mike is flexible (worked with my schedule and drove out to me since I don't have a car), punctual, coherent, and knowledgable (has an understanding of anatomy/physiology etc.). Hes very professional with a positive attitude and is easy-going (if you want a boot camp sergeant who spends most of his time yelling at you, Mike's not your guy). He will definitely spot any weakness you may have and help fix your form so you can get the most out of your workout. Cons: Ok, so not so much a "Mike con" as a "PT con" in general. If youre anything like me, you will be seeing him only a couple of times a week. And though you'll push yourself on those days, it's up to you to stay equally driven on the off days. He works hard, but Mike's not a magic fairy, you can't expect results if you don't put in the work and stay consistent. Hints/tips: Ask about doing a workout at Runyon Canyon.
