I highly recommend Natalie Nuno with Zion Health as your personal trainer. I have used her since July 2017 for twice a week of personal training sessions. By December 2017I had lost 30 lbs from 165 down to 135 from working out with her twice a week and on a strict diet. My clothing size changed from a very tight size 14 down to a size 8. My A1C also dropped from 6.4 and being on diabetes medication (6.5 if full blown diabetes) down to 5.5 and my doctor taking me off the diabetes medications. My activity level increased from walking a quarter of a mile and being out of breath to now being able to jog and walk every other minute for a full mile. Natalie keeps changing up the training sessions so they are never boring. She is very adaptable in using the equipment available in my apt gym or the outside environment. She is also able to train you in your own home and brings the training equipment with her to your home. Natalie has a very nice way of encouraging you to push yourself further. I feel good about myself after my work outs in that I got my money’s worth in hiring Natalie Nuno and that I improved in my strength, flexibility, and stamina. I plan on continuing to hire Natalie for all my personal training needs.

I first started training with Dino back in 2008. It was a X-Mas gift my wife bought me for a 3 months session. I was a 43yr old man out of shape and hunched over. It's always tough to get started with exercising. I didn't want to go but figured I better since my wife paid for it. Well, after a month, I was hooked. Dino's close attention to how my body responds to certain workouts plus putting me on a workout diet I lost 10lbs in a month. I'm now a 49yr old man still working with Dino. I'm in the best shape of my life. I can't thank Dino enough for all his hard work.
I had 2 experiences working with Ben, one in person and one online. The one on one with Ben was fantastic. He really listens to your goals and isn't unrealistic about your progression. Ben also never made you feel guilty about what you ate (in small portions, obviously) or for missing a workout. As for the online training, it had it's drawbacks, most of all being the lack of one on one training. However, Ben was always available to answer questions. The online program really let you be accountable for your workouts and getting them done. All in all, working with Ben has really opened my eyes to eating better and just getting up and exercising as regularly as possible.

I started out with just a couple of in-person sessions. I liked the custom program that included stretches and low-impact strength training. Playlists were fun to dance to also, and it didn't feel like working out. Then I rolled into the 12 Week online program. The app is super easy to use and convenient. Mirella responds to my every question quickly and tweaks my plan for me, as needed. Thanks for helping me get back on track and pushing me when I needed some extra motivation ;)
