Nick is awesome! Although I wasn't able to have him as my FT trainer, he helped me by drawing up a workout routine that would help strengthen my leg training for my (then) upcoming half marathon. Training with Dante has been amazing. Not only does he assist with our fitness goals, he also ensures that we eat the right food by providing us custom nutritional plans. Chris is a great trainer. He personalizes each workout to fit the client's needs. I have been training with him twice a week since Feb '15. I have more strength and stamina, don't get tired as easily and just overall I feel stronger. I wanted to be toned and have more muscle definition and I definitely see the results. It's hard work, but Chris helps me to feel motivated and know that I can accomplish my goals. It is also extremely convenient that he is able to come to the client and bring all the workout equipment required. All I have to do is show up. It makes me more accountable attending my sessions since he is driving to me.
I first started training with Dino back in 2008. It was a X-Mas gift my wife bought me for a 3 months session. I was a 43yr old man out of shape and hunched over. It's always tough to get started with exercising. I didn't want to go but figured I better since my wife paid for it. Well, after a month, I was hooked. Dino's close attention to how my body responds to certain workouts plus putting me on a workout diet I lost 10lbs in a month. I'm now a 49yr old man still working with Dino. I'm in the best shape of my life. I can't thank Dino enough for all his hard work.

Playlists were fun to dance to also, and it didn't feel like working out. Then I rolled into the 12 Week online program. The app is super easy to use and convenient.
