Although I have been very physically active in my life, I never realized the level of detail that I was missing in my workouts. When I first decided to start working out with a personal trainer, I looked online for personal trainers in Pasadena. I ultimately decided to go with Hugo based on all of the positive reviews I read of him on here. Since the reviews initially helped me make a decision on choosing Hugo as my personal trainer, I just had to leave my own review. Before committing to train with Hugo, he offered me an introductory deal so that I could experience working out with him. The first couple sessions he evaluated my strength, endurance, and overall physical ability. Once my fitness level and goals were established, Hugo set up a training program and nutritional plan for me. He begins every session by explaining and demonstrating the exercises in the circuit. He also clarifies and demonstrates the importance of proper form, which makes it really easy for me since I'm a visual learner. At any point during the exercise if I forget to use proper form, Hugo reminds me and encourages me throughout. He is very good at helping me understand which muscles each exercise is working out. I like how during every session, he is focused, patient, and motivates me to make sure I'm giving it my all. His professionalism and friendliness make it all that much more of a positive experience training with him. I've been training with Hugo for about three months now, and I can say that I'm truly happy with my results so far. My strength and endurance have greatly increased since our first session. I've noticed my body fat decrease and my muscle mass increase. I also feel much better when I'm exercising and eating healthy, it has greatly helped with my anxiety. I definitely plan on continuing to train with Hugo. I'm excited to see how my fitness level and physique continue to progress. I'm glad that I chose Hugo as my personal trainer, it is obvious that he loves what he does and cares about his clients. I definitely recommend Hugo for anyone looking for a personal trainer, you will not regret it!

Paul is an extremely professional, friendly and helpful trainer! He is experienced and knows what he is doing. He gives out meal plans and excercises that is suitable for my level. I have been training with him for three months now, results are obvious and satisfying! I am really happy with Paul and would recommend him with no doubts!

Aaron is a brilliant personal trainer. I started my training with Aaron to help prevent another injury to my hip (due to extensive running). I’m a classically trainer pianist and cellist and music is my career and life, therefor I have to be very cautious with my hands. I’ve worked with other trainers in the past and the main issue is most of them do not understand the concern with my hands and tendons. Aaron was extremely patient and always respected exercises I wanted to avoid due to my hands. He also resolved the problem in my hip and helped to prevent another injury in the future.
I have been training with Meghan for the last 3+ months and have noticed a significant improvement in positioning, mobility and balanced strength ever since. Meghan is professional, attentive and focused on helping me achieve my fitness goals. Her programming changes every week to ensure I am engaging and activating muscles in ways that will improve strength as well as guarantees that I will never get bored. I have been training with Adrien for only a few weeks now and I can see definite results already. Adrien is a very inspiring and motivating trainer that goes out of his way to ensure that you get the best training experience possible . Everything from meal programs down to just checking up on you to make sure you’re doing fine. I highly recommend Adrien to anyone who wants to get in the best shape possible.
I worked with Margo over the course of about 5 months and had a great experience. I had already been exercising consistently for a while but Margo helped me bring my fitness to a whole new level. He created a personalized workout plan that incorporated the things I wanted to focus on: functional fitness and MMA. Throughout our time together we also modified and tweaked my workout to focus on my weaknesses. He was always available for questions and delivered on his promises. If I didn't have to move away I would still be training with Margo, and I highly recommend him to any of my friends who want to push themselves past their comfort zone.
I have been training with Mark for the last 2.5 years and I am in my late 50's. I have never felt and looked better. I have two jobs and a hectic schedule. Mark is highly skilled, professional and flexible with training time that fits my schedule. He is one of the best. I was really lucky to meet and and to work with him.

My experience with Emmett overall has been great and I got to say he has made fitness into a lifestyle for me. I reached out to Emmett when I knew I had fallen off my fitness routine. When I started training with Emmett I didn't have much muscle mass. I got to say after training with him the first month not only have I seen improvements on my legs and back strength but overall putting on some weight. From that month on, I got my cut and lean around my body and he helped me clean up my diet. I am very thankful for his help and highly recommend him!
Josh has taught me so much since he started training me. I went from being super nervous and hardly able to lift the bar to someone who feels GOOD about myself and has actually competed in an official meet. He is patient, professional, and knows what he's talking about. I love working with him. He can get you exactly where you want to be. He's awesome. I love this guy.

I’ve experienced good and bad trainers before and I can honestly say that David is the most sincere and punctual trainer I’ve ever encountered. Marcos is amazing. If your looking to get fit and find your inner strength, both physically and mentally this is your guy. When I started to train with marcos i was about 5 years out of shape. In less than 1 year, I was able to complete my first ever 5k run. Marcos is professional and truly has a passion for fitness. You need to give him a try, his training is beyond excercise, it's a genuine mental and state of mind transformation!
Working with Bethany has been a great experience for me. I was really leery about working with a trainer (biggest concerns were 1, them not understanding my needs or pace, 2 being fake /insincere, and 3 pushing me beyond my limits /making me not want to continue), but Bethany has been such a great partner in easing into training, helping me focus on the areas I want to, and pursuing my goals. She's always on time and has dealt with my schedule changes with grace. I enjoy that she pushes me enough to grow and develop, but not to the point of being over-exhausted. Also, I had so many questions (correct shoes, what's the point of a given exercise, how to target certain areas, eating, etc) that she is always ready to answer, in a way that I can actually apply to my life.
I’ve had an amazing experience for the last year. Alex helped motivate me and keep me on track with attaining my goals. He made sure to check in with me when we weren’t training and always had some advice to offer. He made himself available at times that were convenient for me and always tailored my workouts to fit my preferences/needs, and of course to help me attain the body I wanted.
