I highly recommend Megan for anyone looking to improve their fitness. Megan's personal training had a major impact in my life. I took yoga lessons for her for 6 months. Through her instruction I was able to balance my mind, body and soul. I also literally improved my balance skills which helps out on my favorite activity...downhill longboarding. Katie was an awesome yoga instructor. I hired her on thumbtack because she reached out again after I received my offers and followed up to see if she could assist me with my goals. She understood I was new to yoga and wanted to get down some basics that would help me with some back issues before I braved a group setting. I didn’t want to be doing the wrong moves in a large class where the attention (and results) would be limited. We met once at a park and a few times at her place and she walked me through it with tons of patience and professionalism. I’m not the most flexible or coordinated, so her ability to guide me into the proper positions while making me feel comfortable speaks volumes of her teaching skills and yoga moves. Katie gave me volumes of knowledge to fast forward me into a life-long activity and I’m super grateful for all of her help.

When we started yoga we just wanted a few private lessons before we joined a group yoga class. Our few privates have turned into 2 years and we have no intention of stopping now. We have much more strength in our core, back and arms. Our balance is better and we are much more flexible. At the beginning of each session Kristin checks in with us to see if there is an area we want to focus on. Everything is customized to our needs and requirements. Supranee is a wonderful yoga healer! She has a voice as sweet as honey and a touch to match. So far my favorite are her Yin classes. Being new to yoga myself, Rachel has been absolutely wonderful in introducing me to various yoga techniques and poses; ranging from relaxing stretches/easing localized muscle pain to more advanced muscle tone building poses. I've noticed my core strength and balance, particularly in the application of surfing and balance oriented activities, has been greatly improved. As each week progresses, each instruction has been tailored to my expanding abilities / improved balancing strength; all the while ensuring proper form/technique and most importantly from a place of encouragement and support. Cannot recommend highly enough! Thank you for all the work you've done for me!
He did a fun and well paced yoga session by the pool for our group. There was a good mixture of both challenging poses and easier things. He was accommodating of all levels as we had folks in the group who had never done yoga before.

Where do I start? I have done a personal healing session ,Chakra dance workshop and yoga with Tami. All of them a wonderful experience. Tami has a very strong sense of people, and her teaching skills are absolutely amazing. She is flexible and accommodating. Her yoga classes – her thoughtful approach to movement and alignment, and what she's able to bring out in each of the people in the room. I appreciate how she paces the class, not too slow, and not too fast. A great professional you will enjoy working with, a great person you will be delighted to meet. I would highly recommend her for anyone who is looking for mindfulness training for themselves, their family, or their workplace.
