Jonathan is the perfect personal trainer for busy professionals. He is patient, focused, supportive, professional, and educated. But he’s also hilarious and fun. I’m completely drenched in sweat after every workout, but always leave the gym in a calmer state of mind and feeling a lot better than when I walked in. OJ is 1 of the best personal trainers I've ever come into contact with. For starters, your initial meeting is a workout created to personalize your strengths and weaknesses for future sessions. Afterwards, he speaks with you regarding your target goals, time frame, ideal weight etc. Meanwhile, he's compiling a special profile just for you in his computer. He sends weekly updates on your progress like: body fat percentage and weight loss/gain. In addition, he also sends motivational text messages during the week. He really is the most professional personal trainer I've ever encountered. I'm just 3 weeks into my training sessions and I'm already seeing results. Thanks OJ!

When I first decided to start working out with a personal trainer, I looked online for personal trainers in Pasadena. I ultimately decided to go with Hugo based on all of the positive reviews I read of him on here. Since the reviews initially helped me make a decision on choosing Hugo as my personal trainer, I just had to leave my own review. Before committing to train with Hugo, he offered me an introductory deal so that I could experience working out with him. The first couple sessions he evaluated my strength, endurance, and overall physical ability. Once my fitness level and goals were established, Hugo set up a training program and nutritional plan for me. He begins every session by explaining and demonstrating the exercises in the circuit. He also clarifies and demonstrates the importance of proper form, which makes it really easy for me since I'm a visual learner. At any point during the exercise if I forget to use proper form, Hugo reminds me and encourages me throughout. He is very good at helping me understand which muscles each exercise is working out. I like how during every session, he is focused, patient, and motivates me to make sure I'm giving it my all. His professionalism and friendliness make it all that much more of a positive experience training with him. I've been training with Hugo for about three months now, and I can say that I'm truly happy with my results so far. My strength and endurance have greatly increased since our first session. I've noticed my body fat decrease and my muscle mass increase. I also feel much better when I'm exercising and eating healthy, it has greatly helped with my anxiety. I definitely plan on continuing to train with Hugo. I'm excited to see how my fitness level and physique continue to progress. I'm glad that I chose Hugo as my personal trainer, it is obvious that he loves what he does and cares about his clients. I definitely recommend Hugo for anyone looking for a personal trainer, you will not regret it!

Jake helped me with training advice and nutrition advice when he used to live in the UK, before he moved to LA. His information has really helped me, both in terms of improving health and fitness levels. He is incredibly motivating and inspiring - and he was so keen to help me as an individual and find out what would work best for me. I didn't like 'traditional' exercise, like endless runs or boring gym machines - but Jake could find ways to mix it up, keep it fresh and interesting, and I even managed to have fun along the way! I would definitely recommend Jake as a personal trainer to help you achieve your individual health and fitness goals.

I have hired Manuk as my personal trainer because I'm Sweatin' for the Wedding. My wedding is in a couple of months and after searching for several private instructors I picked Manuk. Why? Because he guaranteed me results in a healthy way. No gimmicks. I've been training with Manuk for a little over 2 months and I have lost a healthy 15 pounds! I feel so energetic after workouts and Manuk is there to motivate me for every step, every jump, every mountain climber, every push up I do. Manuk is also flexible with his schedule which is always a plus for someone who is busy planning a wedding! He also keeps track of my food log. He educates me on the numbers I should aim for my nutrients and calories. Overall I've seen AMAZING results with Manuk and I can not wait to see my results in the next few months. I really enjoy my sessions with Chris - he’s calm, collected and listens to what you want out of a personal training experience. He’s also really encouraging and constantly challenges you during the session - while always watching and correcting any moves that aren't right. I enjoy the workouts – the time flies by and we have enough rest in between sets that I felt strong and enjoyed my session rather than collapsing in a sweaty heap – but boy, did I feel it the next day! Chris focuses on resistance with me. I would highly recommend Chris.

Lee is an absolutely fantastic trainer! I am one of those people who starts something and quits pretty quickly. I had a baby and was in the worst shape of my life. I was nervous about getting a personal trainer for fear of being judged, not being able to keep up with the work outs, or the age old fear that nothing would change and I'd be stuck the way I am. Lee changed all that for me. Our first session he was easy on me, but still pushed me to do a much as I could. Then we built from there. He encouraged me to not only work out, but change my eating habits for a healthier lifestyle. He was always respectful and got to know me. He figured out just how far he could push me. As a married woman, I appreciated that he asked about my husband and never made me feel uncomfortable. I began feeling better and more confident in myself and my abilities. The only bad part about Lee is that he can't make the 4 hour commute to Memphis to continue training me! Seriously though, extremely professional guy who is dedicated to getting you to where you want to be and helping you to see that you can go further! I highly recommend him to train you no matter what stage you are at in your fitness.

Kelly helped me get into shape right before I became pregnant. She helped me focus on a work-out plan that fit well with my goals and what I wanted to achieve. She also customized a monthly meal plan exclusively for me and my interests. I couldn't be more happy with her dedication to push me when I needed the drill sergeant trainer, but also balance it out and be supportive when I was not feeling well or sick and needed to take things slow. Another plus factor with Kelly is that she LOVES dogs. We incorporated workouts that helped me focus on myself, without feeling guilty or losing out on time I could spend with my dog outdoors. Kelly is super professional, educated and experienced in personal training. I would recommend her to any of my closest family and friends.

I actually met her thru a friend of mine, who was one of her close friends. I had hired several personal trainers but until Mami showed me her own training routines I was never happy. I wanted to get some good toned butt and get rid of my belly fat, after doing her routines for just 4 weeks, I started noticing my body is really rocking hot, and not only me, but all my friends and coworkers noticed the change on my body. Carolyn is not the run of the mill trainer! She is a different kind of personal trainer who actually cares about her clients. She evaluated me as a whole person: personality, habits, diet and mental state. In one week I felt results because she understands my body type and ability.
