Erika (Cast Your Cares Event Planning) is a true professional planner and an excellent event coordinator. Rosa and I chose Erika to coordinate our wedding and although it was the biggest wedding in town, it certainly had it's challenges and Ms. Erika handled everyone of them like a pro. We could not have been happier with Erika and her work with us and our vendors. Her greatest asset was no more evident and very much on display, the day of our wedding. Wow... Erika was spot on from start to finish, keeping all those involved with our special day, on time and together. From getting my bride's hair and makeup finished (with photos!) and into the limo to the church ON TIME, to making sure all of our guests were enjoying the reception (photos of us at each table), and then keeping us on time leaving the reception and off to our life as husband and wife. Just a well done job all around. I would like to complement Erika on her beautiful decorations for the reception (tables, cake tables, etc,) and her expert management the guest seating chart (which is not and easy chore) .... Rosa and I were so impressed with Erika's work coordinating our wedding, we do plan to chose Cast Your Cares again with upcoming professional and special events (milestone birthdays and charity functions). OH MY GOSH I CANT GIVE SAMANTHA ANYTHING BUT LOVE! She was so amazing during my wedding process! Anything I needed help with she was there. She even put all the flowers in my arch for me and it turned out fantastic! She was super reasonably priced and I honestly can say she made my wedding day such a breeze. If your looking for a wedding planner then Samantha is your girl. She will do anything and everything to make your day special. I will definitely be using her again!
Great, if you want to not worry and have her plan your wedding you couldn't go wrong here. If you want to plan your wedding and have her help coordinate the day of, she is great for that too. She has a great list of vendors that will fit your wedding needs and is always there for advice. If you can't find items that you want she will help you find it. Nancy was amazing to say the least! I honestly don't know what I would've done without her. I planned my wedding mostly by myself but I needed that second persons input and also someone who had planned a wedding before to help tie everything together. She did that and so much more! She even offered to lend me a few items I still needed so I wouldn't have to spend more money on them. The day of there were still more things that needed to be set up when I had to go start getting ready. When I came down for the ceremony and also when I saw the completed look for the reception area I couldn't believe my eyes. She made my dream come true. Everything was even better than i had imagined. She definitely goes above and beyond to help who ever hires her!
