My husband and I have been training with Jessica for about 3 months now and she has been great. Jessica is very professional, punctual, always comes well prepared with day’s work out and is good at selecting exercises that suits both our needs. After years and years of wanting to have a personal trainer, I always pushed it off. But something about turning 25 was a wake up call for me. So I made the plunge and did my research and looked into plenty of Personal Trainers but none of them really stood out. It wasn't until using this service and Anthony reaching out to me is a very fast manner that I took the opportunity to meet with him. Let's just say after a quick 15 min phone call and getting to know one another, I was hooked and ready to go. I started my training session on Monday and for someone who really hasn't stepped foot in a GYM or lifted weights, Anthony understands that and works to your level. During the 30 min workout (which felt longer at times haha) he was with me every step of the way, motivating and encouraging me to complete my sets. It has truly been the best investment I have ever made and look forward to accomplishing my goals. You won't go wrong with God's Gym & Anthony as your trainer. This guy knows his stuff!

I've worked with a few personal trainers over the years and I have to say that hands down, Evan is the best trainer I have ever worked with. I started working out with Evan over a year ago. I have chronic low back pain, and had just had a procedure that was meant to reduce swelling and allow me to exercise more and strengthen my core. I had been doing physical therapy for awhile, but found that the workouts were too mellow, and I didn't really notice any improvement in my core strength. My wife had actually been working out with Evan for a few months and she recommended I try a few workouts with him. Evan has been amazing. The workouts are intense and challenging. He focuses on doing intervals of a quick series of strengthing exercises, with a burst of cardio in between sets that keeps your heart rate elevated for the entire workout. Given my back issues, he is very good about checking in to make sure he is not stressing or straining my lower back (or any other injury I might have picked up). I have noticed dramatic improvement in my core strength and overall fitness in my time with Evan. He also has been willing to email me personalized workouts I can do on my own for days when I'm not working out him. I agree with all the other posts here -- 5 stars. Evan is great.

Gerard is a great personal trainer! He offers challenging workouts that have pushed me to reach my fitness goals and tailored my workouts to ensure I avoided flaring up any old injuries .I also found great value from Gerard keeping monthly records of BMI ( body mass index) checks , this allowed both of us to see/ track my progress. I also purchase a nutrition plan along with my training sessions this nutrition plan was easy to follow and offer a jump start to meeting my health goals. This nurtion plan was even able to satisfy my sweet tooth, I have fallen in love with protein cookies, thanks to Gerard!

Aaron was a great personal trainer for a beginner like me. I told him what I was interested in -- bulking up overall, and being more physically active. He came up with a full body program and guided me through it. He then motivated me through the workouts in a way that worked for me -- which was explaining the muscle mechanics of the workout. He was also flexible and accommodating of my tough schedule at the time. Super friendly and chill, I'd recommend Aaron for any training endeavor!

I've worked with other personal trainers in the past. But my experience with John exceeded my expectations for several reasons. Upon meeting him I felt quickly at ease. He was able to quickly assess my physical ability and pushed me just enough past my comfort level. I had an amazing workout! He was very encouraging and positive towards me. It was very obvious he was extremely knowledgeable not only in training but he also came up with a detailed strategy to help me reach my fat loss goals especially with my nutrition. I have worked with John for almost a year now. Over the course of the year I’ve been more than pleased with the service, not only was the system very structured punctual and professional, but I’ve had more results than ever before. John/fast pace PT is the third personal training service I have used, after having two other personal trainers. Structured system compared to traditional personal training is much more effective and I have appreciated all of John’s, and his team is hard work . If you're looking to find a personal trainer who can work with your schedule, takes incredible amount of care with his clients, has a personal gym with every possible piece of equipment AND can help you no matter where you are at on the fitness scale- you should look at Pro Fitness Edge. I've been training with David for about 5 weeks now. I decided to train with David initially because I felt like he listened to my goals and he sounded like he had a lot of experience. He was the first person I interviewed but I remembered that he was the most humble and down to earth, and I had a feeling I'd be comfortable training with him. All the men trainers I interviewed talked to me like I had two brain cells, and I found David to be the most up front and honest. My goal is to lose weight, tone up and to strengthen my left shoulder for outrigger canoeing. So far, I am noticing a huge difference with my left shoulder. Its stronger and it no longer bothers me when I go paddling or perform certain exercises. Its still not 100% in strength but has gotten a lot stronger through training. All our sessions are pretty different and varied. I never know what to expect from David, which is good. I get bored at the gym because I love the outdoors, but David keeps it interesting. David pushes me when he thinks I'm slacking off, which often times, he is mostly right about.... I need someone to push me or I will slack off, which is probably a good reason to hire a trainer. David goes out of his way to make it work for his clients. He genuinely cares about his clients and loves what he does. I can tell by the excellent service he provides for his clients. My personal belief is that its important to practice what you preach, and David is a trainer that is in great physical condition, and knows what he is doing. I personally did not want to hire a personal trainer at the local gym that looked like they needed training themselves... I highly recommend David as a personal trainer. Due to his diverse background, I believe he would be a great fit for many.

Mohamed is the best trainer I have ever trained with. I have trained with a number of other trainers before but no one as good as Mohamed. He genuinely cares about his clients and wants us to see results which is why he checks in daily to see how I am feeling. He is an all in one trainer, in the sense he not only helped me get fit physically but also helped me become positive/strong mentally. He saw that I was working out with him but was not happy mentally (job situation) but he helped me deal with it. He such a positive person with a lot to offer. His workouts are awesome, he challenges me every time I see him. I am doing workouts that I have never done before or even knew I could do. I definitely see a lot of results after I started working out with him. I would recommend him to everyone!

Cassie is an amazing personal trainer - she will help you reach goals that you never thought were possible. She also has a strong focus on nutrition which is always at least 80% of the goal. Cassie helped me lose 25+lbs and I've been able to maintain it. Train with her and listen to her, and follow everything she says down to every detail, and you'll get results - but remember you have to put in the actual work!

Marcos is excellent with his job . He's professional and always punctual with plenty of patience and best of all, he speaks spanish. Don't be afraid of contacting him. Whenever we hear the word 'personal trainer', we imagine something difficult to deal with, but he is the opposite. He explains and demonstrates how to perform the exercises with great detail.

Ben is, by far, one of the most professional and dedicated personal trainers I’ve ever met. For starter, he is always punctual and responsive. (Can’t tell you how many times I’ve had a personal trainer cancelled on me last minute.) More importantly, Ben is extremely knowledgeable in his area of expertise. He actually dedicates his time and energy to tailor personalized workout programs that are not only specifically aim to reach my goals, but also accommodating to my body condition. Throughout each training session, Ben always pays extra attention to my techniques for potential improvements. Furthermore, he always manages to come up with different variations of movements to ensure that I can train in the safest and most effective way possible. I noticed substantially amount of muscle and strength gains after a month of training sessions with him. You honestly cannot go wrong with training with Ben!

Cindy's experience and professionalism really shows during our first consultation and workout. Cindy addressed my muscle imbalance with my hips and shoulders. After 3 sessions with Cindy, I've already started feeling some improvements with my movements. Her workouts are challenging. She knows when to push me when I needed and adjust to my needs. I like her coaching and positive encouragement and a good personality. I've sample 4 other trainers before meeting with Cindy. All 4 trainers put me through the same workout right away with benching & squats. Cindy was different and I was sold right away.

So far we have met 3 times. 2 on exercise training, 1 for a massage. And, he is right on cue! I pat myself on the back to have made the right choice (for my first time ever) to have a personal trainer. Matt is working with me twice a week on strength training especially for my core. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and very pleasant to work with. He is patient yet on each machine or exercise he frequently asks me if I can go up on weight, stretch further, etc. He creates a varied routine for me & I enjoy the sessions. Matt is always looking out for my safety & guides me as to proper form. He always takes into account my specific weak areas. He is flexible w scheduling. I've worked with three very good trainers however, I feel I've made the most progress toward my goals with Matt. I look forward to my sessions with Matt & my mind/body feel good when I go home. I know I'm in good, professional, experienced hands.
