I hired Firstclass Catering for a party at a private residence on Friday night. Michael and his staff were wonderful. The food was outstanding. All of our guests were very complimentary of the food and service. Frank the bartender kept everyone's drink full. From the setup to the teardown the entire evening was just perfect. The biggest compliment I can offer was from the owner of the home. After all the guests had left they looked around the house and stated "did we have a party here tonight?" "You would never know it." I highly recommend FirstClassCatering for your event. Well done.
We hired Jeff and his staff for our wedding weekend. Friday we had a "meet and greet" BBQ and Saturday Jeff provided the food for our buffet style taco bar. We live in San Diego so we were really in the dark about Palm Springs area caterers. The food and the presentation was outstanding. We gave Jeff ideas for what we wanted and he took control and delivered all of it and more. He is a pleasure to work with and makes every effort to ensure the food is excellent and that everything runs smoothly (even when it's not his responsibility). Jeff helped with many components of our weekend, including putting us in touch with a reliable party rental business and culinary artist for the wedding cake. We are eternally grateful for Jeff and the Creating Catering staff for being part of our special weekend.
Jessica is truly awesome, if you really want your wedding to be awesome, hire Jessica. Imagine Winston Wolf from Pulp Fiction as a blonde and more approachable. She gets things done and really solves problems sometimes even before you've thought of them. She is always on time, and is always aware of the time and what should be happening at any given moment with the wedding party and vendors. I simply can't imagine how our day would've went without Jessica quarterbacking the event. Due to ours and her schedule we didn't get to meet face to face until the day before our wedding for rehearsal. This had us a little uneasy but it really did not matter as immediately upon meeting her we knew she was the right person. Her professionalism, personality, and experience went to work as soon as she stepped out of her car. She asked us how we were getting on with preparations and if we needed any last minute items and asked about any concerns. She listened to everything we said and actually started solving our concerns right away. I had a worry about the parking situation for the wedding as we didn't want any cars in photos but we had to keep the gates open. She managed to get a sign made to let the guest and cab drivers know where to park or drop guests off, and it really worked well. When she met the wedding party she gauged what type of crowd we were and made sure everyone felt comfortable to ask her for anything, even let my groomsmen know if we run out of pre gaming beers she'd be happy to make the run to the store. On the big day she went to work immediately, she did everything we asked of her and more! She ensured my wife and I and our parents were fed first and our cups were always, always full. I always thought the coordinator was suppose to pull the strings and be invisible on the day. I thought this because of weddings I've recently attended as a guest. However Jessica was always there and available, everyone in our wedding party and even guests felt like they could approach her and ask her anything. I truly preferred her presence and not hidden away behind the scenes. She genuinely looked happy to be there and it's obvious she loves her work. When you're planning a wedding everyone is quick to tell you what you will need and won't need and what you can get away with on the cheap. A day of coordinator should not be on that list. You can prepare and prepare but something unexpected comes up the day of or you forget to do something and you won't have the time or mental energy to deal with it properly yourself. This is where Jessica's awesomeness is invaluable. She will take care of all the loose ends and make certain the schedule runs smoothly, so you can actually enjoy your day and savour the experience of getting married!
Jennifer and Annette were amazing! They catered my wedding of 160 people and every one of my guests came up to me and told me how good their food was. Also, how friendly they were as well. Their vegetable tuscany pasta was a hit! The red roasted potatoes were seasoned to perfection and the chicken was tasty and moist. I would highly recommend tray gourmet catering for anybodys event.
Chef Sarena prepared an amazing dinner and breakfast buffet for our 20 guests at a Palm Springs 40th birthday party. The food was spectacular and received universal raves from the guests. Chef Sarena was also a delight to work with. She was responsive to messages and helped plan a delicious menu for both meals, soliciting the host's preferences and designing a menu that reflected them. But, again, the highlight was the food -- made with fresh ingredients and prepared with a meticulous attention to detail. I would use Chef Sarena again in a heartbeat!
Chef Ace was amazing! I hired Amanda to cook for my party of 5 friends in Palm Springs for a night. I had never done this type of thing before and was a little nervous, but I felt very comfortable with Amanda immediately. Within 5 minutes of my request she was the very first person to respond. She made it very clear that she was open to cook anything we liked, and we were able to create a menu together. Amanda created a wonderful 4 course meal for us that was made with all fresh ingredients. She was right on time and treated us as if we were at a restaurant. Although we tried to help with clearing dishes, Amanda insisted that we relax and she would take care of everything. The food was out of this world delicious and left us bursting at the seems. Any food left over was wrapped for us and left in our fridge. Not only was the food outstanding, Amanda was warm and professional. I could not not think of one thing I would change about the evening. I wish I lived in California so that I could use Chef Ace's services again. Anyone looking for an amazing personal chef, Chef Ace is the way to go. I didn't want to go through a company that would just send a chef I didn't know. Each time we spoke via text or call, Amanda is the person I got. No computers or secretaries, just Chef Ace. Thank you Chef for an unforgettable evening!
Qworks catered our wedding. Everything was perfect. We had our event in the high desert and they were able to get everything to us without a problem. Their entire staff was incredibly friendly. Above all the excellent customer service is the DELICIOUS BBQ. All of our guests raved about the food. The tri tip was cooked to perfection and the cheesy potatoes had people lining up for seconds. They were even able to accommodate our vegetarian guests with some portabello mushroom caps. I cannot recommend them enough.
When we were looking for a professional to cater our clubhouse event, we contacted five companies. Creative Catering from Temecula was one of those five. From the start, we were very comfortable talking and working with the owner, Tanya. She is extremely friendly and accommodating. Tanya provided us with sample meals to taste and was able to provide guidance from start to finish. As our guest list grew from 30 to 60 she was able to be very flexible to whatever changes needed to be made. Every time we had a question or menu change, Tanya responded promptly and professionally. On the evening of the clubhouse social, Tanya and her assistant were very punctual. The set-up, service and clean-up went flawlessly. Feedback from our club members was very positive. Our guests commented to us how well the meals tasted and how professional Tanya and her assistant were. The bottom line is that we would highly recommend Creative Catering and we will be looking forward to using them in the future. NJ and LJ (55+ Club)
Stephanie cooked for a bachelorette party of 13 girls. She worked with me prior to ensure the menu included all of the bride's favorite foods and accounted for allergies and dietary restrictions. She was on time, fun to hang with while cooking and most importantly her food was delicious!

The quality of the food was beyond fresh and delicious. Our brisket was very tender with lots of flavor & our sausage order was sliced perfectly and tasted amazing. I cant thank you enough for the hard work your team put together to deliver excellent service to our company. Our Lunch was phenomenal. Pleazingly Tasteful catered my wedding, their service was spectacular!! I highly recommend their services, especially the grape tree. The most delicious grapes I've ever had. They were very professional, the food was well plated and tasty.
Garlic Girls catered a masquerade party at our home near Silver Lake. We gave her about 2 weeks advance notice and Amy was able to fit us in to her schedule. She and one assistant arrived right on time to set up. Using their own display equipment it was masterfully arranged, and her menu recommendations blended well, creating a compelling visual. Considering the quality of the food, the price was very reasonable. Save yourself the hassle and delegate your successful gathering to a friendly and conscientious professional.
Chef Mark is an amazing chef! He was very professional. I had a small dinner party with friends. I wasn’t sure what I wanted. Since I am on a low carb diet. After speaking with him he created a Menu to fit my diet restrict but also carter to my friends non restricted diet. Appetizer was fried calamari with sweet and sour sauce. The salad was a fresh Ahi Tuna salad. The entree was mouth watering pan seared Scallops with lemongrass carrot ginger purée. Lastly was dessert which I could only have a taste of my friends apple crisp with vanilla ice cream and homemade salted caramel. It was to hard to resist. Chef Mark made fresh berries with he’s own whipping cream!
