An outstanding trainer! Training with Eric gave me really good results. Made a huge difference physically as well as mentally. Every time we trained I found that he was constantly striving to get me in better shape. He has a lot of knowledge on the workout side as well as the nutritional side. Eric is very professional and deifinately has a passion for helping people achieve their fitness goals!
This is a great place to train. It's a very comfortable, welcoming environment to work out in. I was going in about three days a week to train with Sybil so I could add muscle and lose weight. She's a very patient and attentive trainer-she'll help count the reps, which is very helpful in staying on track. She would coach on effective ways to slow down or pause during a rep to get the most impact. When I moved out-of-town recently, she also helped me maintain progress by sending me a breakdown of some of our workouts. I've trained at large gyms with lots of equipment where your workout ends up interfering with the equipment and space other people are using to train, and during your workout you end up going on a scavenger hunt for open equipment and space-it can start to feel like bumper cars. That never happened here. Even though the space is relatively small, the trainers have a good system going, because I can't recall one time a workout conflicted with anyone else training at same time. The workouts were really effective and I felt like no minute was wasted. There's also details that make a big difference: They offer a complimentary bottled water for your workout, which you appreciate more when you train at other gyms where they charge you for water or a gym where they just have little dixie cups of water that you have to keep re-filling to stay hydrated. I'm definitely in better shape because of No Excuse Fitness
Kathleen is a joy to workout with! Her credentials and expertise as a Fitness Training Professional are clearly of the highest level a client can ask for. Great training sessions!, Aaron is very dedicated and knowledgeable when it comes to targeting a specific muscle, mitigating injuries, improving strength, proper meal intakes and overall fitness. One thing I liked is that during my first session he evaluated my strength and weaknesses, then targeted my work outs based on that. Aaron's sessions are totally worth it and I would recommend them to anyone. He is very professional and will push you by encouraging you, if you're looking for an encouraging instructor and for results, you'll definitely not regret this...he definitely stands out from any other trainer!

I worked with Margo over the course of about 5 months and had a great experience. I had already been exercising consistently for a while but Margo helped me bring my fitness to a whole new level. He created a personalized workout plan that incorporated the things I wanted to focus on: functional fitness and MMA. Throughout our time together we also modified and tweaked my workout to focus on my weaknesses. He was always available for questions and delivered on his promises. If I didn't have to move away I would still be training with Margo, and I highly recommend him to any of my friends who want to push themselves past their comfort zone.

I just want to start off by saying thanks a lot for the great workout Jacob! My arms and legs feel like noodles! Jacob has a great attitude and made the time he was training me enjoyable, even tho I was sweating and my body was feeling the burn! Eddie pushes you on for those last few reps you have left in your set! He's always cheering you on and giving you tips on your posture, diet etc. Eddie's personality is very bright and very energetic. I have had an awesome experience training with him in my fitness journey. He has definitely made an impact in my life! He taught me to never give up and if I give it my all, eat healthy and rest, my body will do the rest and soon I will see the changes I've been impatient about. In my opinion, he's the best personal trainer at corona fitness 19!
I worked with Anthony from my sophomore year of high school to my senior year, and his training truly prepared me to be a Division 1 athlete and helped to keep my body healthy. When I first started training with Anthony I had a shoulder injury that prevented me from performing on the volleyball court and left me with constant shoulder pain, after a few months my injury was not only healed but I was actually playing better than I ever had. Throughout my time training with Anthony I gained 6-8 inches on my vertical jump and became much more powerful and explosive on the court allowing me to play on high level teams and be recruited by top schools throughout the nation. All of the training was very specific to my sport and it definitely showed. The focus on not only pushing my strength, but doing the lifts with the right technique kept my body healthy while still growing much stronger. Coming in to division 1 volleyball after working with him I was not only prepared, but ahead of the curve for our demanding strength and conditioning workouts. All in all, working with Anthony not only saved my shoulder and therefore my volleyball future, but helped make my entire body stronger and ready for the high impact of a division 1 sport!

Marcos is amazing. If your looking to get fit and find your inner strength, both physically and mentally this is your guy. When I started to train with marcos i was about 5 years out of shape. In less than 1 year, I was able to complete my first ever 5k run. Marcos is professional and truly has a passion for fitness. You need to give him a try, his training is beyond excercise, it's a genuine mental and state of mind transformation!
Danny is the most knowledgable trainer I have ever hired. Not only is he skilled in basic muscle-fitness training exercises, he also is incredibly knowledgeable in nutrition and how it correlates to the human metabolic system. I have been training with Juan for 3 years now. He is a great trainer and motivator. He will listen to what you're goals are and help you achieve them. He knows how to push you, but always make the workouts fun. I never get bored with the workouts, he is always coming up with new ones. I’ve been using Sarah for pilates instruction and all around fitness training. Her style is upbeat and encouraging. Her strengths are pinpointing certain muscle groups and she is great on technique. All around a fantastic trainer. Highly recommended.
