Great training sessions!, Aaron is very dedicated and knowledgeable when it comes to targeting a specific muscle, mitigating injuries, improving strength, proper meal intakes and overall fitness. One thing I liked is that during my first session he evaluated my strength and weaknesses, then targeted my work outs based on that. Aaron's sessions are totally worth it and I would recommend them to anyone. He is very professional and will push you by encouraging you, if you're looking for an encouraging instructor and for results, you'll definitely not regret this...he definitely stands out from any other trainer!

I have been training with Adrien for only a few weeks now and I can see definite results already. Adrien is a very inspiring and motivating trainer that goes out of his way to ensure that you get the best training experience possible . Everything from meal programs down to just checking up on you to make sure you’re doing fine. I highly recommend Adrien to anyone who wants to get in the best shape possible.
I worked with Margo over the course of about 5 months and had a great experience. I had already been exercising consistently for a while but Margo helped me bring my fitness to a whole new level. He created a personalized workout plan that incorporated the things I wanted to focus on: functional fitness and MMA. Throughout our time together we also modified and tweaked my workout to focus on my weaknesses. He was always available for questions and delivered on his promises. If I didn't have to move away I would still be training with Margo, and I highly recommend him to any of my friends who want to push themselves past their comfort zone.

Robert trained my daughter to prepare her for playing field hockey at UCBerkeley. She started summer workouts with the team and she is doing great, in fact, she is rocking the gym! Way to go Robert. He has also been training our 12 year old to help with his tennis game. Our son's strength and quick feet are helping out during tennis workouts and tournaments.

My experience with Emmett overall has been great and I got to say he has made fitness into a lifestyle for me. I reached out to Emmett when I knew I had fallen off my fitness routine. When I started training with Emmett I didn't have much muscle mass. I got to say after training with him the first month not only have I seen improvements on my legs and back strength but overall putting on some weight. I have had a few different trainers before finding Brittney, and I didn’t have a great experience with them. I felt as if the meal plans that I was recieving were pre-made and not really for me. Training with Brittney, she’s provided me a meal plan that works for me! There’s certain things I cannot eat and she makes the point to form the plan around my tolerance and still achieve results. I have lost 10 pounds in two months of training with her AND gained 5 pounds of muscle! I feel amazing. I am still training with her and plan to. With demanding job as photographer, I find it really easy to get the work done and it’s all explain for me in the app. Best trainer I have ever had! Thank you for all your hard work! 5 out of 5!
Josh has taught me so much since he started training me. I went from being super nervous and hardly able to lift the bar to someone who feels GOOD about myself and has actually competed in an official meet. He is patient, professional, and knows what he's talking about. I love working with him. He can get you exactly where you want to be. He's awesome. I love this guy.
I am a mom of 2 and I was really having a hard time finding time to work out. Vanessa has helped me by creating a workout plan I can do at home. She got me started on the online program which is so great! It shows me videos of the strength training exercises so I know exactly how to do them. She also meets with me once a week at the gym which has helped tremendously since I have never used weights before. The meal plan is also great, she is showing me what good foods to put into my diet to get the best results. Overall, I have really enjoyed my time with Vanessa she is always available and answers all of my crazy questions and her price is unbeatable. I really can't imagine training without her.
I have been training with Maria for several years. She is knowledgeable about the anatomy of the human body, specifically muscle groups and as a result continually provides a variety of challenging workouts. She is responsive to your needs and abilities. I’ve had two knee replacements and Maria has tailored specific workouts that have been instrumental in my rehabilitation. She gives you her complete undivided attention, is pleasant, professional and provides motivation to help you reach your training goals. I recently started training sessions with a David. Not only do I see results in myself, I see confidence. I’ve experienced good and bad trainers before and I can honestly say that David is the most sincere and punctual trainer I’ve ever encountered. Jorge is awesome. Started working on strength training with him and I was amazed how the small adjustments he had me make here and there made such a big difference. He also showed me how to correctly perform some exercises I dreaded before. Now we've transition to training Muay Thai and I'm more than happy with the progress I'm making with Jorge training me. I'm convinced that he can meet anyone's training needs.
I have been training with Mario for about 7 months, and he has really pushed me to better myself throughout this whole experience. He has pushed me to do things I would not normally do and definitely gotten me out of my comfort zone. I have seen such great results since I have started training with him. He is the best!
Working with Bethany has been a great experience for me. I was really leery about working with a trainer (biggest concerns were 1, them not understanding my needs or pace, 2 being fake /insincere, and 3 pushing me beyond my limits /making me not want to continue), but Bethany has been such a great partner in easing into training, helping me focus on the areas I want to, and pursuing my goals. She's always on time and has dealt with my schedule changes with grace. I enjoy that she pushes me enough to grow and develop, but not to the point of being over-exhausted. Also, I had so many questions (correct shoes, what's the point of a given exercise, how to target certain areas, eating, etc) that she is always ready to answer, in a way that I can actually apply to my life.
