Started with Gil to balance yoga and weight training. He's very easy to work with and was always prepared with workout plans to help me progress. Over the 20 sessions I grew more comfortable doing handstands without relying on a wall.

Omg, this girl just taught me some acrobatic moves and advanced yoga moves. omg, omg, omg. I have always wanted to be more acrobatic and I started working out with her about 2 months ago. I usually go to the gym where she trains at and its so nice inside and when she is showing her workout, other people usually star at us because her stuff is so bad ass and so so cool. As a guy, its good to be able to impress his girl, I am working on my handstand secretly with this badass trainer. My girl friend even notices and says, "are you working out? you look so much shredded". I am not my old ME anymore!!
I started practicing with Stephanie several years ago, and I was a beginner in yoga. Since then I have practiced yoga with many different teacher from all over the world, but I have not met anyone who teaches like her. Her style of teaching is truly nourishing for the body, mind and soul. If you have never practiced with her I would highly recommend it.
I have been working with Kelly a couple of months for posture & flexibility. I am in my late 40s & am quite inexperienced when it comes to yoga. Kelly is an excellent instructor. She has helped me so much in a short amount of time. She always has a great routine thought out with a lot of variety each week. I would highly recommend her.
Kristen's knowledge of yoga and each pose always makes her classes delightful for me. I love her gentle voice as she explains the purposes and benefits of the poses.
GREAT yoga & reiki experience
Victoria helped me with the issues I came in for and also addressed some things I didn't know I needed. She has great insights and is very gifted as a healer. I saw results within the first few days of our session. I went to her for 3 consecutive sessions and now only go in if I feel out of balance or if I have something important going on in my life. I also appreciate that the way she goes about the healing is as a witness. That resonated for me. The yoga studio she works out of is clean and comfortable. There was plenty of street parking. But if you don't want to come out, she does remote sessions also. I prefer remote sessions because I don't have to factor travel time in. I highly recommend her.
Asha is an extremely knowledgeable and fun yoga instructor! Her sequences are creative and intuitive. Asha always manages to make me laugh during our practice with her honest, light-hearted approach. I highly recommend learning and practicing yoga with Asha.
Joy has a very calming style. She understands the medical aspects of yoga well. For example, I was having wrist pain and she was able to explain why and how to correct my pose to resolve it. No other yoga instructor pointed out the issue before. She listens well and modifies her routines to the individual. She has a very healing, non-judgmental nature and I'd recommend her as a private instructor for one-on-ones or small groups.
Madeleine is a really great yoga teacher. She really focuses on my needs and how to become better. She brings in so much positive energy into the room. It's really fun working with her!
Madi is an EXCELLENT yoga instructor! She’s has planned my workouts with my weakness & strengths in mind, as I️ grow with time & experience. She is flexible with our appointment times in case of conflicts with scheduling.. She has that “Yoga” knowledge of all the poses and also interjects different styles in our workouts. From Vinyasa Flow to some Kindelini! I LOVE her zen & spiritual positivity that she brings to her teaching. She truly lives in that mindset! Very refreshing and relaxing. I already have gained flexibility & strength and muscle tone ,as I continue my private workouts. The largest importance of having private Yoga instruction, is having someone make sure of how you do your poses & that your positioning is correct so injuries can be AVOIDED. It is easy to take a group class and possibly injure yourself because you aren’t doing the correct pose. It’s so hard for an instructor to see how each member of a class is actually performing. Also in privates, you can move in levels of experience at your own pace, and have CUSTOM WORKOUTS based on ones needs. Possibly wanting an ENERGETIC workout to a STRENGTH or RESTORATIVE if needed for sore or achy muscles. I’m ADDICTED to this private class! Hard to give up when each workout can be customized as I️ grow!! TRY THIS INSTRUCTOR! So awesome !!

It definitely helped me get through the stress of Medical School so I am very lucky to have found yoga through Haruna!! She is also a kind and gentle person who will listen to everything you have to say without judgment and her knowledge of psychology makes her a great person to confide in or get advice from. It is truly therapeutic for both the body and the mind. Overall, you will learn how to connect with the present moment and to find balance in every day of your life. I’ve recently started doing yoga regularly to alleviate stress & rehab a few old sports related injuries. I practice in a studio as well, but I wanted some more direct instruction to help better my alignment & general understanding. Mia was great with all of this & really understood what I needed to help me feel more confident in my practice. She really took the time to explain & breakdown the specifics of each pose giving me a deeper understanding of the intention behind each posture/alignment. Looking forward to practicing again! We had a group of 10 girls for a bachelorette party in Malibu! I am so happy we selected Stacey to instruct yoga on the beach!! She was incredibly quick to reply, professional and prompt! We were mostly beginners and wanted to have a casual yoga session! She was very detailed in the movements/practice but at the same time tailored the class to her audience and kept it very lighthearted. Loved her jokes ;) At the end, she provided the bachelorette with a card congratulating her on the upcoming wedding! What a thoughtful touch! Too bad she didn't live in Texas otherwise I'd def be using her more! Thank you again Stacey for such a wonderful morning!

Tricialee is an amazing, caring instructor. I have had her for both private and group Pilates classes, and I get an excellent workout. She’s so attentive and remembers where you’re at to give you personalized tips every time. Highly recommend!
