Where should I start? I've been training with coach Roger for over 4 years now. He is an awesome trainer, very attentive to your personal goals. My results speak for themselves. I would refer him to everyone, he puts our fitness strengths to the test everytime AND I WOULDN'T HAVE IT ANY OTHER WAY!!! Beastmode!!!! :-)
I worked with Margo over the course of about 5 months and had a great experience. I had already been exercising consistently for a while but Margo helped me bring my fitness to a whole new level. He created a personalized workout plan that incorporated the things I wanted to focus on: functional fitness and MMA. Throughout our time together we also modified and tweaked my workout to focus on my weaknesses. He was always available for questions and delivered on his promises. If I didn't have to move away I would still be training with Margo, and I highly recommend him to any of my friends who want to push themselves past their comfort zone.
I just want to start off by saying thanks a lot for the great workout Jacob! My arms and legs feel like noodles! Jacob has a great attitude and made the time he was training me enjoyable, even tho I was sweating and my body was feeling the burn! Jacob used a variety of different workouts that I've never tried out. I will be going back to workout with him again and see what level he can take me to. Thanks again Jacob!
Mike is a DOPEEE trainer. Injured my knee playing football and it's been weak since. I started playing and it's been giving me trouble. I started going to Mike for training and to focus specifically on my knee and overall strength, and I must admit, it's gotten a lot stronger! I can actually switch direction either ease, lateral movements are back, and I've gotten stronger overall. I'm still training with him and I can't wait to see more results, real stoked!! Thanks a lot bro!

I've done group training and individual training with Vanesa. She pushes you and gets you to do things you don't think you can. The sessions are always fun, and always a workout. She is constantly changing things up so I'm finding myself sore often, which is a good thing! The one thing I love is that she focuses on making me strong, which does more for my confidence than the scale. I've gotten into the best shape with her and highly recommend her.

I had the opportunity to work with Mr. Cruz for a year, certifying personal trainers and training tactical athletes. His level of knowledge and professionalism were instrumental to the success of our program. Mr. Cruz always seemed to be able to relate to the athletes, regardless of their background and goals. I am a mom of 2 and I was really having a hard time finding time to work out. Vanessa has helped me by creating a workout plan I can do at home. She got me started on the online program which is so great! It shows me videos of the strength training exercises so I know exactly how to do them. She also meets with me once a week at the gym which has helped tremendously since I have never used weights before. The meal plan is also great, she is showing me what good foods to put into my diet to get the best results. Overall, I have really enjoyed my time with Vanessa she is always available and answers all of my crazy questions and her price is unbeatable. I really can't imagine training without her.
Danny is the most knowledgable trainer I have ever hired. Not only is he skilled in basic muscle-fitness training exercises, he also is incredibly knowledgeable in nutrition and how it correlates to the human metabolic system. He’s a true professional who has your best interest at heart. He is very sensitive to the needs you may have and will work with any limitations you might have. He is a true joy to be around and I look forward to the time I spend training with him. I endorse him 110 percent!
Carman is an awesome trainer. As a single working mom, Carman is always willing to accommodate my schedule. He pushes me when I want to give up and keeps encouraging me throughout my training. His workouts are tough yet satisfying . Carman is enthusiastic and has extensive knowledge about diet and exercise . I highly recommend his training!!
