Mr. Emile, was able to make me talk about barriers to my weight challenges. He was able to target three key areas in my every day life that were culprits to my weight gain: 1) Not getting enough sleep, not allowing myself enough personal time to even consider living a healthier lifestyle, and my extreme lack of nutrition. He also tailored my program to fit my personality, which is a plus for me. Mr. Emile is starting me out with small goals. I appreciated, above all things, his ability to make me see that my current diet and lack of exercise was leading me down a predictable path of unhealthiness.

I've been training with Corey just over a month and with his help I'm seeing results I would have never achieved on my own, and in such a short time! Most people gain weight during the holidays, (I typically do) but with Corey's expertise on the right exercises for me and nutritional advice I actually lost 2 sizes! And I actually feel stronger! That says a lot! especially since I have several medical issues including Hasimoto's (hypothyroid). Corey's workouts are challenging and are making a huge difference for me! I couldn't be happier!

I was just 4 months out of treatment from an aggressive breast cancer, and at 37 and single didn't have the best eating habits. Well, OK downright terrible. Recovering from chemo and radiation had left me with no energy to do anything, yet I knew the importance of my diet to avoid my high chances of reoccurance being triple negative. Since Carmi came into my life I literally can feel the difference in my energy level purely from all the great nutritious food she specifically prepared for me.I have more energy, I'm actually sleeping better, and I don't have stress out about food every day. She's gotten to know exactly what I do and don't like and custome makes each meal for me specifically. I've tried one if those big delivery companies and definitely did not get anything even close to like that !! I love the personal touch, and I'm never bored. I feel like I've moved back home and my mom is making me dinner every night !Shes knowledgable on how to fight diseases with nutrition and keeps that in mind when preparing my meals which is so great knowing not only am I getting a delicious meal but it's actually helping me not hurting me. I love the ease of no longer having to worry about what to eat! Having to go grocery shopping, or spend all that extra money on ordering out every night. Her food is delicious and stays fresh till the last meal. She somehow manages to make clean healthy food that isn't boring and bland. This woman could open a resturaunt except then she d be too busy and couldn't make my food so maybe just a small one ;). Truly don't know what I'd do without Carmi, she's become such an important addition to my life. So glad I found her !! Thanks Carmi!!!

She is fantastic with workouts that push you and best of all she really knows nutrition which is even more important. She can help you customize a diet that fits your goals. My experience with Jacobo has been wonderful! Prior to working with Jacobo I had been working out on my own and was making very little progress. However, in the past several months that I have been working with Jacobo I’ve been able to make a great deal of progress. He was able to develop a training method specific to my needs and has been able to work around my busy schedule. I have been working with Joan Goldfarb for several months on exercises and nutrition. She is very well prepared and comes to my home to make it more convenient for me. She goes over healthy eating habits and nutrition to help with weight loss, and does exercises with me that will not hurt me due to my osteoarthritis. She takes great care to make sure I am doing the exercises correctly and supports my progress. We have even gone to parks to exercise. I prefer outside to inside exercising. I recommend anyone to hire her as their coach and physical trainer and you will see your success.

Brittney is definitely one of the best trainers if not the best trainer I've had in my 4 years of exercising. She takes her time to explain any question and minute detail you may have of exercise movements to proper nutrition. She's the entire package, I definetly recomend her ??.
Christy is amazing! My mom and I signed up together for some personal training sessions, unsure of what to expect. Our unease was quickly allayed as Christy is so sweet and knowledgeable about a whole host of health related topics, and made our workouts strenuous and challenging, but at our level. She gave us nutrition advice as well as switching up our workouts so they weren't tedious or boring. She is such a pleasure to work with and an all around lovely person. We will be using Christy and her vast wealth of knowledge as frequently as possible!

Emmet is wonderful! He knows what he is talking about when it comes to nutrition and is very helpful. I ask many questions and he always has an answer for them doesnt ever seem to be stumped and also know the way around the gym.
