Why I love Shape Up Studio...There are several reasons. First of all, there is something about that gym that feels different. There's really good energy and the atmosphere feels relaxed and fun at the same time. All the trainers are so kind, approachable and very knowledgeable. I've been going there for a few months now and have gotten to meet Markshane. He's very dedicated, professional, and filled with energy. He takes the time to really listened and help you reach your goals, whether it's loosing weight, training for an event, or simply keeping an active lifestyle. I also love my 30 minute circuit class on Tues & Thursdays with Vinny. That class is super fun and you go at your own pace. Getting massages with Christine, the massage therapist, is also a treat-Especially, when it's in the same building. They have a nutritionist there as well that can guide you and keep you on track. A lot of the comments below definitely resonated and seems that there is a commonality: and that is a great place to train with the support you need. That is why I love Shape Up Studio! P.s. Monika - 10/10/17 "I have been struggling with frequent shoulder and/or neck pain and frequent injuries in those areas that prevented me from continuous workouts at the gym, for some years now. My Pilates instructor recommended Clyde and MAT (Muscle Activation Techniques) to see if it would help my problems. She was confident it would and she was right. After the first visit I could already see significant improvement, Clyde was able to find the problem areas quickly and worked on them during the very first visit. After 3 visits I was feeling a lot better and my whole posture changed. Clyde was able to improve my range of motion in various areas in ways I never expected. My only regret is that I didn’t find Clyde sooner. He is an incredibly knowledgeable and talented in this area and just a very gentle and nice guy."

Eric Jay as a fitness/nutritionist coach is thumbs up! After working out with him in his beautiful home in Rolling Hills Estates I was impressed. He was courteous, patient and very knowledgeable. After an hour long consultation he was able to pin-point the problems with my diet and exercise. We then where able started designing a life style that would fit my needs and be realistic. I am a big fan of Zainab's food. I have to admit I was a bit hesitant to taste her vegan dish because there are a lot of misconceptions when it comes to vegan or vegetarian food. She made some sweet carrots, smashed potatoes, imitation chicken, and pasta salad! It was so delicious and I was in awe that the chicken was not made from actual animal meat. I definitely recommend "Another Side of Soul" to anyone who wants a tasty and healthy dish!
