Latest Review: Working with personal trainer Sarah has been an amazing experience for me. I'm a cancer survivor going through chemotherapy and surgeries. I lost so many pounds that I couldn't imagine how skinny I was. Knowing health is more precious than gold, I needed to change my lifestyle. But I know not where to start, how to exercise and what type of healthy diet plan to gain my muscle mass and be in a good physical shape again. Until a best friend recommended Sarah to me. When I discussed my goals and desires of my physical shape with her, I knew that I'm in such a good hand. Sarah is really professional. She monitored my workouts and planned out my typical meals for what healthy foods I should eat . Her training not only put together a workout plan for me, but it was a PERSONAL and UNIQUE lifestyle program that transformed my body. After about 10 months with Sarah's training, I met my goal from being 110 pounds to 175 pounds for my 5'6 height. I'm now very happy with my body shape as my chest has grown 3-4″ and my biceps have grown 3″. I look good and feel better than ever before. I have to thank Sarah so much for helping me and motivating me. She's really the one who transformed my life to be so healthy and happy!
