His experience, professionalism, calming nature and "Can-Do Attitude"was exactly what we've been looking for in a contractor for both small & larger projects for years, even decades! He aims to serve (& noteworthy, he listens, doesn't steamroll). Not only does he know everything required for any job from plumbing to electrical, to building anything from a deck, patio cover, kitchen or room addition, he also presents a very good value to his clients. I'd call it cost-efficiency in a phrase. When I can avoid a large company and all the mouths to feed from sales to office staff to workers & work directly with a general contractor who bids his own jobs, gets the job done himself, the right way, gets his hands dirty, finishes quickly who is punctual, & also has an exceptional reputation, I don't need to hire anyone else, for anything! After a small re-piping job under the house that went smoothly as silk, we now intend to lock Dale up for numerous projects. My only advice to you is get something scheduled on his calendar while you can! The construction projects we are hiring Dale for next will be staggered over the coming months, so he'll be able to schedule your jobs between them too. (Ours can wait. Deck & patio cover is next... then kitchen, etc at a later date. My search is over- Yours is too! Contractor for life!"See more

Was very easy-going didn't mind changing things along the way as things came up that I wanted to change. Ivan is Very knowledgeable in all fields that it took to build my shed and enclose our patio. I could not be happier with his work and professionalism throughout the entire job. He is very quick to respond and attentive to his client and could not be more appreciative for the work that he has done. Ivan priced out everything picked up materials and completed the job Beyond expectations. If anybody is looking for a great company that cares and gets things done right Ivan is definitely the way to go. I could not be happier with the finished product he did an amazing job. If anybody is looking for custom work I would definitely recommend Ivan and his team. Had to postpone the job due to shipping materials that did not arrive on time and he made it a priority to come back once we got the materials to go ahead and finish up the final touches everything from hanging the doors to put it on the hardware and going the extra step. Wow, what a fantastic experience we had working with Alberto and his team. They installed 3 interior doors for us, 2 of which were pocket style. First, they were on time, clean, and he explained what they were going to do. Secondly, they took their time to do the work correctly. I felt their prices were very fair, and due to some missing molding on our part they are going to return to finish the trim around 2 doors. The greatest part about that was he kindly told us to hold back part of his payment until they complete the job in the near future. We have worked with a number of contractors over the past few months and this company is one of the best contractors we have used. I would not hesitate to call them again.
