Dave is an amazing coach and an expert motivator. My boyfriend and I attended his morning boot camp for as long a we could bear waking up at 5 every morning and we hope to do it again soon. He got my day off to a positive start every day-- he never seemed tired or like he was phoning it in. He came t every class with energy and humor. Oh yeah-- did I mention the man is also hilarious.
Emile is a true blessing to work with and will get you amazing results!!! The only thing that is missing is you! Emile helped me not only to lose fat and get healthy and in shape, dropping nearly 40 lbs so far, he has been encouraging and educating me while holding me accountable. I've definitely had my share of trying out different trainers/gyms/workout DVDs/group classes/boot camps, you name it and I've done it. Throw out those workout DVDs and cancel all your memberships. Trust me when I say Manuk is the one and only trainer you will need. I have been training with him for about a year now a couple times a week. Manuk really took the time on our first meeting to get to know me and my life style so he can plan a workout accordingly. He asked me my daily routine, food and drink Intake, job, what my goals were, etc.. Didn't miss a point to give me the best results. Manuk has given me results within this past year that I didn't even imagine were possible. He made sure he altered what I ate throughout the day (in a healthy and easy transition) to see quicker results. He is honest with you, well educated in the field, motivating, and his humor definitely is a huge plus!! Makes working out fun and not such a serious, in your face yelling kind of a workout.

I love boot camp! Tony takes his time with you but motivates you so much so you don't give up. It is a blessing to have him as my trainer, he makes you feel great! When I'm missing appointments, he will be the first to call to make sure I'm Ok! I couldn't ask for a better boot camp trainer! 😄
I cannot say enough great things about Katrina! I have been to her private sessions and her boot camps, and have seen great results! With Kat it's more than just weight loss, she is mindful of your body and possible injuries her workout may cause. She notices if you are having a hard time doing an exercise because of a muscle weakness or overcompensation. She works with you to show you how to strengthen that area without injury. I think Katrina out does any other trainer that I've seen because she understands the body so well. I've been to see her for back problems and she knows the exact muscle that is tight! I have tight calves and she has shown me how to loosen them with some really great stretches and my favorite, the foam roller. She definitely emphasis stretching before and after her sessions, so that your body can recover and you don't hate her too much after a workout. ;) She also works with oils and natural supplements that most all her clients swear by. If you have a cold, she has a remedy. Slow metabolism? She's got something for that too! And many other ailments. I highly suggest using her supplements to get the most out of her sessions and become healthy from the inside out. Thank you Kat for helping me down the path of my weight loss and health goals!
I had a pretty significant knee injury while playing soccer last October and decided to look into a personal trainer, as I had gained some weight and lost a tremendous amount of muscle (and confidence). Kathy has, by far, exceeded all of my expectations. Within the first few weeks I noticed increased muscle especially around my injured knee, which has helped me walk better. I have also been steadily losing weight and gaining energy as well as confidence. Having gone through a slew of trainers in the past I can honestly say that Kathy has been the most promising. She is quite approachable, yet firm in her methods while demonstrating her expertise in proper form, technique, diet and exercises specific to my body type and weight loss plan. I highly recommend her as a personal trainer.

I learned soooo much on how to eat the right foods, discipline for reaching my goals, and executing exercises that I thought were impossible!!! I have been going to various boot camps and personal training sessions with Hi-C Fitness for about six months now. The workouts are a blast, work the whole body and keep my heart rate up. There is a huge range in ability level, age, athleticism, etc that attend each session and everyone is always challenged. Not many things can beat a good workout at the beach!
Ernie Salizar was my personal trainer for over a year as well as leading a boot camp that my wife and I attended for 3 months. My goal at that time was to shed about 50 lbs. Ernie switched up my diet, skillfully worked around a few old injuries I had, and encouraged me in his program of weights and cardio. In 90 days I went from 232lbs. to 178lbs. My fitness level was off the scale! I realize that is a lot of weight loss in a short time but Ernie's encouragement kept my motivation level high. It wasn't easy and there were days I wish I never met Ernie Salizar, but you can't argue with results! My wife also lost over 45lbs. This is my first boot camp- ever. I was a little apprehensive at first but with an upcoming family wedding I decided I wanted to give it a try and see if it really works. Imagine my surprise to find out I lost 6 1/2 inches and several pounds within the first 3 weeks! Daunye is a fabulous instructor - she gives attention to each person making sure they are doing the exercises properly- she answers any and all questions I have regarding nutrition or ways to modify exercises and she motivates and encourages us to push through and be successful. I have recommended this program to several friends.
Carlos is the motivation and willpower I cannot find within myself. I need a trainer that will get me to show up. he has this way of making you have fun and wanting to workout. always in touch, guiding with diet tips and all around support. Everyone should have Susie Rodriguez as a personal trainer. I was seeing a chiropractor twice a week for neck and back pain. Then I hired Susie as my personal teainer. I was paying her less to work out three times a week and saw much better results. My pain disappeared. I am 54 years old. When I started training with Susie I needed to lose 100 pounds. For anybody who has ever struggled with weight loss you know how overwhelming a number like that is, especially at my age. On top of that I had a bad knee and needed knee surgery. But that didn't stop Susie. She had so many different types of exercises we could do to lose weight while working around my knee injury. On days when my knee was too painful to do our regular aerobics exercises Susie modified our work outs. She got me on a stationary bike and we did ab work. I wouldn't have believed it, but some days I burned even more calories doing those work outs. I had no confidence in my myself before working with Susie. She is such an amazing motivator. Not only did I gain confidence in what and how much I could do but she pushed me past what I thought I was physically capable of doing. She never pushed me too far, just showed me how much inner strength I really had. I love Jillian Michaels from The Biggest Loser. I used to call Susie the nicer version of Jillian. I was amazed at how strong I got in such a small amount of time training with Susie. Almost more important than the exercise for me was the nutrition side of things. I love food, love to eat. But I didn't have good eating habits. I was a junk food junkie. Through Susie I learned about healthy eating. If it comes in a box or a package, don't eat it. As soon as I started eating "clean" I was amazed at how much better I felt. I had more energy, no more digestive issues, and I started to see my physical transformation take place. I had a million questions and Susie patiently answered everyone of those. I lost 48 pounds while working out with Susie and dropped 3 pants sizes. Then I had knee surgery and couldn't exercise, then Susie moved away and I got real sick. I felt lost and gained some of my weight back. But Susie was never far from my mind, nor were the things she had taught me. As soon as I am well again I will be back in the gym 6 days a week and eating clean. Susie gave me all the tools I need to get healthy so I can lead a happier, more pain free life. I will be eternally grateful for everything she did for me. I first contacted Sean two months ago after hearing rave reviews about him from a friend. At first I was a little reluctant to try any type of personal training or boot camp style class, because I had a TERRIBLE experience with another Pasadena boot camp. I decided to give it a go and am glad I did! I have been participating in his semi private training classes 3 days/ week for two months and I feel great. Mind you, I'm 35 years old and came in weighing 203lbs at 5'5, not exactly a small girl. Now, I'm 170lbs and can fit into the same size jeans I once wore in high school. I was only with Edward for 3 months. By the first month I lost 11 pounds. I learned so much though! My starting weight was 151.1 and I dropped to 135. In my personal experience with edward, I can say that he is completely dedicated to his job! He works around your schedule. He gets to know you as you work out with him on a one on one basis. He is attentive on getting to know your strengths and weaknesses . Not once did I feel I couldn't achieve my goal. My greatest motivation was that he believed i could do iy, thus i did.He will reach out to you on a daily bases to motivate you to schedule the next work out session. For a trainer this good, I'd expect his prices to be super high, but on the contrary, they are less than reasonable (in my opinion) . With this review I just want to say thank you -abi
Maddie was my boot camp instructor and Pilates instructor. She is fabulous. I have worked with her for years which has meant that she has seen me through injuries, strength, and weakness and always knows how to adjust her motivation and her exercises to make sure that my workout is safe but challenging. Maddie actually cares beyond the time in the studio - she checks in, follows up, and never upsells or makes you feel bad. I appreciate her honesty and toughness but also her kindness. She is a hard worker and I will go back to her and Movement Integrity time and time again. She rocks.
I've been working out with Triston for almost 6 months and in that time have lost nearly 25 lbs. Besides dropping the weight, I feel better than I have in years. I am happier during the day, I am encouraged to eat clean, and after years of sleeping problems, I sleep better than I have in years. From basic stretching, to warming up, to making sure you give it everything you've got during the intense part of his work-outs, Triston is unbelievable in making sure that his clients perform with the right form, and with the maximum effort. He is encouraging, inspiring, and I have never left a session feeling as though I have gotten anything less than the best possible workout. I needed to loose to have physical fitness for USA army interview, I did in less than a month. made me love fitness process. I dont believe in more, bigger is better, but rather quality is the value I seek.
