Chef Coleman helped my family plan a menu for our Dad's 100th Birthday brunch for 100 guests at the Veterans Hall in Pleasanton. He is an excellent communicator and responds to any question in a reasonable amount of time. He made adjustment to our menu with any additional cost. He was extremely efficient, on time and very professional. The food was not only hot and delicious but plentiful. Our guests raved about the quality and the beautiful presentation. Our family would not hesitate to use him again and we highly recommend him for any occasion!
I had a small brunch of about 30 for my birthday and Debbie (made with love) was amazing! She was always available if I needed and kept in touch before the event so I didn't worry about anything. We had a small miscommunication (on my part) about the quantity of food and Debbie was more than willing to adjust. She made everything so effortless for me. I was able to enjoy my friends and family without worrying about the food. On top of her being kind, punctual, and available the food was AMAZING!! I will definitely be using Made with Love in the future! Thanks so much Debbie!
Stephanie catered brunch for 13 of us and everything was fantastic. She was right on time, everything was wrapped up and ready to serve, and all of the dishes were delicious! A couple of friends even asked about how I found her in case they had a future event,I would definitely use her catering service again.
We planned a brunch buffet for 20-30 people to celebrate my daughter's college graduation. Thumbtack and ezcater had some suggestions, but Quiche and Carry jumped out as a perfect option -- local fresh ingredients, tasty quiche and salad options etc. Deborah responded to my quote request quickly, and came up with a menu that fed the most people for my budget. Food delivery came on time. The quiches and the zucchini bread especially were a huge hit (try the corn quiche, it is divine!). I'd use QuichandCarry again for catering without hesitation.
We had Alisa recently cater a Birthday Party Brunch, and she did a fantastic job! As we were unsure exactly what we wanted for our menu, she described a great selection for us to choose from. Ultimately we chose the following dishes: eggs Benedict, crustless quiche Lorraine, country potatoes with bell peppers and onions, wheat toasts with crème fraiche, smoked salmon and chives, shrimp and grits squares, fresh fruit skewers with Greek yogurt and honey dip, and strawberry and brie waffle bites. The food was delicious; we especially loved the eggs Benedict, wheat toasts with salmon, creme fraische, and strawberry and brie waffle bites. She arrived on time, was extremely professional, and did an excellent job of having all the food ready and fresh. Her food and service was a hit with the guests and the host!
I hosted a 50th birthday dinner at our home last night form my wife and 12 of her close girl friends. Senorita Gourmet Andrea Gray catered a Mexican themed dinner for us and did an outstanding job. The ladies absolutely loved it and my wife could not have been more pleased with her birthday dinner. Thank you Andrea. We interviewed three other private chefs for our dinner before deciding to go with Andrea. She was the most professional, the most responsive, and by far the most creative. Of course we wanted great food (Andrea can deliver that), but we were also looking for something unique and creative, without being stiff and formal. Enter Andrea, with her Mexican themed dinner complete with her own plates, glasses and table decorations. Fun, Festive, and Uniquely Fresh! As for the food and drink. Key highlights were the Raspberry Mojitos, Avocado Soup, Quiche de Calebazita, and Mexican Corn Cake. I highly recommend the Una Senorita Gourmet.

Very pleasurable experience overall. They catered a wedding brunch for my family where about 40 people attended. Their planning was good and the food got rave reviews. I think their communication could be a bit more interactive, but that should come with time as they do more smaller parties. I will call on them again as my needs dictate.
Reina and her team were awesome! She assisted me in planning my aunts repast dinner. She helped me plan this long distance and put me in touch with a band, rental companies, etc. She made my planning easy. The food was excellent and her team was courteous and accommodating. Would definitely hire her again for another event.
I've worked with Bethany on multiple occasions to host dinner parties. From the inception of the menu to the actually dinner, I have been extremely impressed with her level of professionalism, expertise and service. She takes the time to listen, offers great suggestions and options, and customizes the menu to cater to all kinds of food preferences. She responds quickly to any questions, and is flexible and very accommodating. Her food is excellent, she uses only the freshest seasonal ingredients, and best quality cuts of meats. Flavors are spot on and everything is delicious. I highly recommend Bethany and will be contacting her again for all of my future dinner/catering needs.
I manage a training program in San Francisco that runs for 7 weeks, twice a week in the evening. As I was trying to schedule three caterers for the various evenings, Tumi kept in constant contact, responded when she said she would and delivered a very tasty meal at a reasonable price. I have hired her to cater more evenings and our graduation dinner which is the most important one of the program. I would highly recommend Tumi and Thai Rice Spoon Catering.
Violetta worked with us ~ 2 weeks before our event to establish a menu (appetizers & desserts for 70 people) that was both within our budget and very diverse. She was extremely responsive and worked well with our venue to sort out all of the logistics so it was very painless for us. They even gave us an extra appetizer for free to fill extra space on our buffet table! On the day of, the caterers arrived promptly and set up everything without any issues. The food was delicious and everyone gave us great feedback! They coordinated picking up all of the servingware after the event as well. I would definitely work with them again, it was a great experience!

He delivered a beautiful spread of thoughtful foods taking great care with sourcing, which is important to our family. We have used him in the past for a 50th birthday party in which he stayed and helped with serving. He is a joy to work with and be around. We also have some friends who used SSC & B for a memorial service and they were pleased as well.

Carolyn's Creole Kitchen catered for GlobalGirl Media in Emeryville at our fundraiser event this January. I knew she would provide a good service after tasting her delicious Louisiana-style soul food at a previous art gallery event. Carolyn was efficient, on time, professional and reasonably-priced. She came with me on a walk-through of the space and that really helped our pre-event planning. Her chicken & sausage gumbo and spicy mac & cheese was a big hit with our guests, and she even saved food for staff working hard at the event who didn't have time to eat! Carolyn can tailor her menu & cooking to fit the style of the event, and I highly recommend her for your next event!
We held our 40th Anniversary in Napa last year and Christian provided our welcome dinner, lunch and brunch during the weekend. We're foodies and love 5 star quality service -- Christian exceeded our every expectation. From his innovative dishes and high quality ingredients to his beautiful presentations of the meals and charming interaction with our guests. Christian and his staff were fantastic...total professionals. I'd highly recommend them when the food and service really count.
I hired Marisa to cook dinner for me and 10 friends at my home in Noe Valley. Marisa was able to design a menu that fit with my needs. The food was very good and Marisa did a nice job plating it, which she suggested. Marisa arrived on time but the food took a bit longer than expected to be prepared and served. I would hire Marisa again for a straightforward dinner party for friends. It was a great way to spend a Friday night.
Alejandra - helped me host a group of 12 for a bridal shower with about 2 weeks of prep, and was an absolute gem. She was completely flexible on the menu with dietary restrictions and even made adjustments last minute to accommodate us. Her team of 3 displayed excellent service and manners, arrived early, and even decorated a little. I was also impressed that she reached out to me directly just to be sure all the details were set ahead of time and to introduce herself. On the day of the event, her team was also very gracious is letting me enter the kitchen multiple times when I needed to grab items. My only change would have been another option for the main course (which was beef), since some people find the filet cut too tender. But other than that, we had an amazing experience!
