    I’m and 82-year-old man who’s been working out with Evan Mather for 4 months and I’m amazed by my progress. When I began I was unsteady on my feet and walked with walking sticks or a cane. If I fell down I could not get up unless there was something to hold onto. Now I no longer use walking sticks, can get up from the ground unassisted and do 12 sit-ups each morning before getting out of bed. I carry a cane primarily because it helps me get a seat on Muni. I have more core strength and better balance than I’ve had in decades and plan to continue working with Evan as long as I can.
