Ron, our project manager, has been consistently honest, kind, and communicative from day one. There was no pressure or vague answers — just clear explanations and realistic expectations. That alone made a big difference for me. We hired OT Bay to demolish and remodel our kitchen countertops, fireplace, and shower. The process was organized, the crew was professional and respectful of our home, and the work turned out beautifully. Every day the workers arrived in the morning and finished around 4-30 pm, sometimes they even stayed a little longer when they needed to complete specific items. we talked to Raz every day about the project, what will happens in the next day, want to point out that Raz told us he was not ready to start work until we had all the finish materials in our hands, he didn’t want to waste time and working days. The whole bathroom look totally different now! We are super happy with the results and will recommend ON Design & Remodeling to anyone that looking a good quality of construction work in decent price, and most importantly to deal with polite and responsible people."See more

Great experience working with Symonds and Allison. Our house had old insulation and Attic Renew 360 came and gave us a quick estimate. Got an appointment the next day to do clean, sanitize, air seal attic with r-38 insulation. Also cleaned up the crawl space and air sealed it as well. Very competitive price and professional job. Definitely recommended.

We worked with Mike to get our attic insulation and HVAC duct replacement done. He was very informative when he came the first time to provide us the estimate. Pacific Air provided us with the best quote for the service. Mike arrived with his team on time as decided. They were very efficient at their job, and professional. They provided before and after pictures of the attic insulation too. After the job was done they cleaned the working area, our garage and even the street in front of the driveway. I asked three different insulation companies for an estimate. After speaking with Miquan from Johnson's Insulation, I felt very comfortable with him because he provided reasonable answers to my questions. He did not try to oversell anything and he was very polite. I was provided with a quick response when I asked for the quote, and I was able to schedule very soon afterwards. His crew came out and they did exactly what they said they would do. They removed the old blown in insulation, cleaned the attic and sealed it, installed new insulation and a radiant barrier. The radiant barrier really did the job. My house is much cooler now. The quality of the work they do is outstanding. They even showed me pictures of my attic after the installation, and I am very satisfied. Thanks Miquan, I am a very happy customer.
