She helped with vendor procurement, ongoing planning, facilitated the rehearsal, and acted as our full day-of coordinator. Ironically, I was surprised how little I saw her on our wedding day - it wasn't because she wasn't present, but because she was everywhere, quietly handling every detail behind the scenes. She and her team ensured the day ran without a hitch (or at least kept anything stressful far away). Everything felt seamless from my perspective, and that is entirely thanks to her and her team.
