Kev showed up on time and was very responsive to all messages and calls. He came in on Tuesday and unclogged our drain. Tuesday night hours after he left, the clog came back so he assured me he would be back at no additional cost to me to find out what was going on. He came back first thing Thursday and found out there was more original clog and he cleared and tested the system until we were both satisfied with the water flow. Thanks for fixing our clog!
