It was very smooth for me as all functionality, bookmarks, and files were transferred by Roy. In another instance, he bridged out ATT router (which is weak) and connected our old Linksys router. So now we use ATT fibre with our Linksys router, which worked very well for us when we had Comcast. Roy is also very good at providing additional advice and insight relating to our home computing operations (we have 4 family members which may be simultaneously using the internet heavily, especially during the work day). Sasoon demonstrated professionalism when installing the ethernet ports for my upstairs rooms. 1. He explained the options of having either hidden wires or exposed wires to me, and after I decided to chose exposed wires, he explained how he'd run the wires to the rooms 2. He estimated the material costs and gave me the labor fee charge of the project 3. On the installation day, he did a great job of not only installing the wires, but also making sure they are wrapped for looking nicely.
