Sam Tee says, "Highly recommend for local residential work, needed them for a super small job. It was as not as cheap as diy.. BUT if you have not put in the time to study/practice electrical safety and work with home wiring please call a friggin electrician. Even if it's a 10min job for the guy.. you can learn something for next time just by watching/talking to them. They get paid a fair wage (although it will feel like a nutty premium for a <30min job, more on that below) and in exchange you get quality parts + work and peace of mind! Ok so for the invoice on this particular job, it was a 15min job at most, if I were to go back I'd ask the contractor to try and breakdown the provided quote (parts, labor, etc). Especially for a quick job. Might just be a flat rate minimum or something plus materials. You might be able to figure out how much of a cut the company is getting vs the actual contractor. Not a big deal, just interested in people getting fair wages and the type of setup a company has with its contractors. Guy showed up on time, they text you when they're otw. I think he's been with them for like 4-7 years or something.TLDR: I'm happy with the service and work."See more

Stefan Zuckut says, "Roy is very responsive and knowledgeable relating to home networking and PCs. In one instance, he did a great job getting my new laptop going. It was very smooth for me as all functionality, bookmarks, and files were transferred by Roy. In another instance, he bridged out ATT router (which is weak) and connected our old Linksys router. So now we use ATT fibre with our Linksys router, which worked very well for us when we had Comcast. Roy is also very good at providing additional advice and insight relating to our home computing operations (we have 4 family members which may be simultaneously using the internet heavily, especially during the work day). Last but not least, Roy's rates are very reasonable."See more
