Albert H. says, "Ben is great to work with and offered the best overall price in the South Bay. The original estimate was based on replacing the tankless water heater with the same Rinnai model. However, due to delivery damage to two units of that model, I had to switch to a different Rinnai model to avoid delaying the project further. Even though the replacement became more complex, Ben did not increase the price, which I really appreciated. Alex was the technician who completed the installation. He was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He installed the new model cleanly and carefully, and took the time to explain important technical details, especially ensuring the condensate drain was routed correctly. Overall, I’m very happy with the project. The water heater has been running perfectly for several days now, and I’ve already told Ben and Alex that I would definitely recommend them to friends. They just started the plumbing business, but they’re reliable, fair, and genuinely nice people to work with."See more

The owner thoroughly explained the cause of the first leak and walked us through the repair step-by-step, addressed our concerns and patiently answered our questions. Manual, plumber, explained the cause for the second leak and provided similar information as the Owner. All of the plumbers were very professional, friendly and respectful of the tenant's apartment. Council Plumbing also provided a contractor to repair holes required to access pipes. Council Plumbing provided excellent full-service from scheduling (thank you Valerie) the appointment to finalizing the job. However, we already knew this since we've used Council Plumbing for previous plumbing needs."See more

They came within an hour with the right replacement and also made a plan to feed the yard irrigation from the reduced pressure pipe with a separate shutoff valve. They worked quickly and were done in 90 mins. Asked them to look at a few things in the recently remodeled bathroom that needed attention and they were happy to spend a full 30 mins on that with no additional charge. The cost was reasonable for the work done. Very happy with the results and would recommend them to anyone wanting a plumber. They also do gas and sewage lines."See more
