The owner thoroughly explained the cause of the first leak and walked us through the repair step-by-step, addressed our concerns and patiently answered our questions. Manual, plumber, explained the cause for the second leak and provided similar information as the Owner. All of the plumbers were very professional, friendly and respectful of the tenant's apartment. Council Plumbing also provided a contractor to repair holes required to access pipes. Council Plumbing provided excellent full-service from scheduling (thank you Valerie) the appointment to finalizing the job. He took the time to explain the problem and the fix and got it wrapped up quickly and professionally. He also provided preventative tips as well. I was very pleased with his work and will definitely hire again for future plumbing needs."See more

They came within an hour with the right replacement and also made a plan to feed the yard irrigation from the reduced pressure pipe with a separate shutoff valve. They worked quickly and were done in 90 mins. Asked them to look at a few things in the recently remodeled bathroom that needed attention and they were happy to spend a full 30 mins on that with no additional charge. The cost was reasonable for the work done. Very happy with the results and would recommend them to anyone wanting a plumber. They also do gas and sewage lines."See more

Really bad experience. (1) the plumber did not diagnose the problem correctly. Asked me to change the faucet for $225 labor when the actual leak was in drain pipe. After changing faucet - he asked me pay another $150 to change the drain pipe. (2) asked me for an extra $100 to just put batteries in my touchless faucet. I did that myself within exactly 30 secs. (3) did not patch the wall he cut open to change the drain pipe. Would highly recommend to keep looking for a different plumber.

Had quite a bad plumbing problem and the guys at Chandler’s plumbing responded quickly. They replaced my main drain pipe all the way to the street from digging, pulling new pipe, finishing inspection and repairing everything all in a timely manner and for a very reasonable price. Thank You Bunnies Plumbing! Thank You Enrique! My toilets and washer were not draining. I left a message at 2am and Adhemar responded at 5am. He sent his Tech Enrique to my house who showed up at 8am! He snaked the main through the roof but unfortunately the clog was more in the main close to the sewer. Adhemar the owner and Trenchless Technology Technician showed up and located the pipe. Enrique wasted no time digging over 6ft to the source, replaced it with a two way drain. Before and after pictures were very well appreciated as well as the super clean up job both under the house and returning the front landscape to its original condition. My appointment was for 9-11 in the morning. The technician arrived at 9 on the dot. I showed him the problem - clogged bathroom sink - and he told me it might be only cleaning out near the drain and trap. If that wasn't enough, for a bit more money he could snake the whole pipe. Both charges were reasonable. It turned out the easier job did the trick. So I'm very satisfied, and will keep them in mind for future plumbing problems.

He was very professional and immediately got to fix the kitchen faucet. He had no trouble getting into the tight narrow space under the sink and had the right set of tools to get the job done. Next, bathtub spout was more complex as he had to cut the copper pipe to adjust to the new spout length. Also he made a quick trip to buy and replace bathtub drain system. What a wonderful experience, I highly recommend Aaron's Plumbing. I found them through Nextdoor. My kitchen sink was completely stopped up. I went onto their website and scheduled the first appointment available - same day, thank goodness, in the afternoon, I scheduled it. The gal from the office called right away to confirm. I said it wasn't the best time as I had yoga class I'd like to keep but thankful they could be here so quickly and confirmed the mtng. She called me back within 5 min to offer an earlier appointment in 30 min.! Jose showed up with a smile, assessed the issue and what it would take to fix the clogged drain. It only took 1.5 hours and their price was good. He was thorough, friendly, explained everything that needed to be done. Once completed he showed me the picture of the pipe complete blocked and what he needed to do to fix the problem. What a great experience and I will definitely use them again. Thank you!
