I called Best Bay Plumbing about a clogged toilet. Abel responded right away and came within an hour. He gave an estimate to clear the clog if it was in the toilet but it was not. He left for an hour and came back with one of his associates. He broke out the big rooter, removed the toilet and went after the clog. An hour later the clog was gone, the toilet was reseated with a new seal, and the bathroom was clean. Throughout, Abel was polite and professional, kept us informed, and explained our options. He even offered to show up that evening which was very much appreciated, or the next day depending on my preference. My appointment was for 9-11 in the morning. The technician arrived at 9 on the dot. I showed him the problem - clogged bathroom sink - and he told me it might be only cleaning out near the drain and trap. If that wasn't enough, for a bit more money he could snake the whole pipe. Both charges were reasonable. It turned out the easier job did the trick. So I'm very satisfied, and will keep them in mind for future plumbing problems.

He gave me a call which was proactive and we were able to get me scheduled within 30 minutes. He was really efficient and got the job done. My bathroom sink and bathtub are no longer clogged, the drainage works perfectly. Pricing was fair and straightforward without egregious fees here and there as I’ve seen with other places. It was easy to make payment as well; Martin accepted many forms of payment - I went with Venmo. Overall a really satisfactory experience with the service. Bueno Plumbing was awesome. I originally contacted them through the Thumbtack application because I didn't have any Hot Water pressure. They offered to come out same day. We opted for the next day. They did a water diagnostic and found that my water heater finally died. Edgar was great. Jimmy came the following Monday. Swapped out the water heater and repaired a valve in the bathroom shower. Everyone I spoke to was extremely professional, polite, and quick. They aren't the cheapest, not the most expensive, but a bargain for the quality of service

Pedro showed up within 30min of my request (via Thumbtack ) and was very professional. He gave a zero cost estimate and tells you what he plans to do and how much time It will take. He completed the work in less than hour and in addition to replacing wax ring, put in new bolts which was not discussed as part of the job. I cannot comment if their pricing is reasonable ($357 inlcd parts/labor) but I know if you want something done quickly and reliably, these guys are good.

I just contacted and hired Adhemar from Bunnies Plumbing through Thumbtack all within 3 hours to fix a slow-draining tub and diagnosing the broken/corroded bathroom sink drain. He provided a two-hour arrival window, followed up an hour before, and let me know when he was 15 minutes away. Having worked with many contractors before, I appreciated these minor but thoughtful details. When he arrived, Adhemar wore shoe covers and worked neatly and professionally. After assessing the issue, he explained two possible solutions, considering our plan to rent out the house in a few months and suggesting the most practical option.
