The technician completed the HVAC installation professionally and well within the specified timeline. The team also proactively suggested power options suitable for a 100A main circuit, which was very helpful. Team also recommended options for San Jose Clean Energy rebate program, which came handy while replacing the older unit with new one. They provided very fair and competitive pricing for both a repair and a full replacement. After weighing the options, we decided to go with a new unit.The team scheduled the installation as soon as possible, and the actual install process was incredibly smooth. We did hit a small snag when a circuit breaker tripped, but it turned out to be an issue with our old breaker rather than the new furnace. Despite it being an existing electrical issue, Konstantin and Ilya offered to come back the very next day. They replaced the faulty breaker and made sure everything was functioning perfectlyall at no extra charge!I really appreciate their honesty, the quality of their work, and their willingness to go above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. (Unfortunately, I'm only allowed 3 out of 5 metrics for this review, otherwise I would have selected "punctuality" and "responsiveness", as well.) We contracted for a 2-head unit mini split system purchase and installation. From initial contact to the completed install, we received top tier service. Chris' crew were on time, professional, and very respectful of the property. They delivered a functioning system in less time than originally promised. Chris, as the PM, was present for the initial walk-thru as well as at the conclusion of the project. He remained in contact via text as needed. All in all , this was a pleasant experience. I would call them again and have recommended them to neighbors and co-workers alike. I can't recommend Chris and his team enough for your HVAC needs. Solid equipment, competitive pricing, and professional service. Rather than Home Depot or Costco, I would suggest going through AirTron. I have nothing but good things to say about them."See more

We needed to get air conditioning installed. I put up a request on thumbtack. Denny immediately responded and showed up the next day. He inspected the house and let me know that I needed to get the furnace changed as it was very old and it was driving up my energy bills during winters. He gave a quote immediately and told me he’d replace the furnace as well. The price was good for AC installation and furnace change and he said he’d finish it in two days. The work is very professional. Denny and his associate finished the job as promised in two days and left the garage as it was before they started. He explained everything I need to know about the thermostat and the air conditioner. He also told me that the air ducts in my house need cleaning/replacing and he’d do it in winter as the prices will be lower then. If you’re reading this, I’d definitely recommend Denny for your HVAC installations and repairs. He’s very professional and knows what he’s doing and his prices are right!
