The team also proactively suggested power options suitable for a 100A main circuit, which was very helpful. Team also recommended options for San Jose Clean Energy rebate program, which came handy while replacing the older unit with new one. Thats part of why I wanted to write this review.Konstantine took the time to explain the product options and installation process very clearly, which made us feel confident from the beginning. He was always responsive and easy to reach whenever we had questions or concerns, he picked up the phone, understood our situation, and worked hard with us to solve problems in a thoughtful and kind way. That level of care meant a lot to us.Since were doing a full house renovation, we later needed to relocate some HVAC vents and return locations that had already been installed. Even though this meant coming back to our house multiple times, they were incredibly kind and accommodating about making those changes for us. Special thanks to Alex for going above and beyond we really appreciated his patience and help, especially since they had to come back more than three times for us.The whole team was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about doing the job right. The estimate was concise and accurate. The crew was courteous and efficient, on time and finished according to plan. We needed to get air conditioning installed. I put up a request on thumbtack. Denny immediately responded and showed up the next day. He inspected the house and let me know that I needed to get the furnace changed as it was very old and it was driving up my energy bills during winters. He gave a quote immediately and told me he’d replace the furnace as well. The price was good for AC installation and furnace change and he said he’d finish it in two days. The work is very professional. Denny and his associate finished the job as promised in two days and left the garage as it was before they started. He explained everything I need to know about the thermostat and the air conditioner. He also told me that the air ducts in my house need cleaning/replacing and he’d do it in winter as the prices will be lower then. If you’re reading this, I’d definitely recommend Denny for your HVAC installations and repairs. He’s very professional and knows what he’s doing and his prices are right!
