Eli N. says, "I Found Element Home Solutions company through Thumbtack Website. I Hired them to do Attic Insulation in my home. The Guys were Very Professional and Customer Oriented. They Explained me all the Procedure they would perform to get the job done. They Cleaned out the Attic and they had some good high powered machine which vacuumed all the old Insulation. And then Installed me new R30 Batt Insulation. I was Very Impressed with the quality of job they performed so I had them also install me a New Air Conditioner since I did not have one before. Thank you guys"See more

Victor L. says, "Sam at PlumHVAC and his crew installed and tested a Gree heatpump unit at my home. Their work was of high quality at a competitive price. There was an issue with the existing level hight of the condensate drain line which they diagnosed and corrected as one would naturally expect, but what was surprising to me was that, they did not build me for the installation work until all was corrected and working 100%. Something rare these days, and it speaks about standing behind one's work. The system gas been running well for about a month or two."See more

One thing that really stood out was how thoroughly they assessed the attic. They correctly identified the need for baffles—something no other company mentioned during earlier quotes. After doing my own research, I realized how essential baffles are for proper airflow, so I really appreciated their attention to detail and technical knowledge. The work order itself was also exceptionally well documented. Unlike some other contractors who brushed things off as “easy enough,” this team clearly wrote out what would be done and why. We contracted for a 2-head unit mini split system purchase and installation. From initial contact to the completed install, we received top tier service. Chris' crew were on time, professional, and very respectful of the property. They delivered a functioning system in less time than originally promised. Chris, as the PM, was present for the initial walk-thru as well as at the conclusion of the project. He remained in contact via text as needed. All in all , this was a pleasant experience. I would call them again and have recommended them to neighbors and co-workers alike. I can't recommend Chris and his team enough for your HVAC needs. We needed to get air conditioning installed. I put up a request on thumbtack. Denny immediately responded and showed up the next day. He inspected the house and let me know that I needed to get the furnace changed as it was very old and it was driving up my energy bills during winters. He gave a quote immediately and told me he’d replace the furnace as well. The price was good for AC installation and furnace change and he said he’d finish it in two days. The work is very professional. Denny and his associate finished the job as promised in two days and left the garage as it was before they started. He explained everything I need to know about the thermostat and the air conditioner. He also told me that the air ducts in my house need cleaning/replacing and he’d do it in winter as the prices will be lower then. If you’re reading this, I’d definitely recommend Denny for your HVAC installations and repairs. He’s very professional and knows what he’s doing and his prices are right!
