Matthew Nguyen says, "We're recently worked with Element Home Solutions on our Insulation & HVAC systems. After did some research & estimated from three others high rated HVAC companies in Santa Rosa. When we talked to Cesar G explained all details about our issues & he gave us a very honest recommendation what we should do to fix our issues. He's not try to sell products like others and the costs overall better than other companies. We decided to work with Element Home Solutions.Turnout we don't have to replace ourHVAC, we're only installed new insulation on our attic & duct system in crawl space. The experience and process from beginning to the end in three days was excellent. The teams are on time & keep our home clean after each day before they leave. Mac at Element informed us all details on our Ducts testing & City inspection appointments all went very smoothly. We're definitely will replace our HVAC with Element in near future.Make a long story short and these are our ratings below. Thanks to the teams from Element.1. Costs (5 stars)2. Quality of work (5 stars)3. Professional (5 stars)4. Trustworthy (5 stars) thanks to Cesar D.5. HVAC/Insulation recommend to our families & friends 100%.Anyway, we told everyone don't trust our recommendation. Please call other companies for a fee quotes and make sure to call Element Home Solutions requesting Cesar D., then you will understand why we choose Element. Thanks for reading our review & have a blessed day."See more

Deepak B. says, "I had to replace my old heater with a new heat pump, and the team at Freon Service, Inc. did an excellent job throughout the entire process. From the initial inspection to clearly explaining the heat pump and other available options, they provided the right guidance and transparent, reasonable pricing. The technician completed the HVAC installation professionally and well within the specified timeline. The team also proactively suggested power options suitable for a 100A main circuit, which was very helpful. Team also recommended options for San Jose Clean Energy rebate program, which came handy while replacing the older unit with new one. Overall, I’m very happy with the service provided and would highly recommend them."See more

Tracey S. says, "We had a fantastic experience with Chris Fernandez and his installation team. (Unfortunately, I'm only allowed 3 out of 5 metrics for this review, otherwise I would have selected "punctuality" and "responsiveness", as well.) We contracted for a 2-head unit mini split system purchase and installation. From initial contact to the completed install, we received top tier service. Chris' crew were on time, professional, and very respectful of the property. They delivered a functioning system in less time than originally promised. Chris, as the PM, was present for the initial walk-thru as well as at the conclusion of the project. He remained in contact via text as needed. All in all , this was a pleasant experience. I would call them again and have recommended them to neighbors and co-workers alike. I can't recommend Chris and his team enough for your HVAC needs. Solid equipment, competitive pricing, and professional service. Rather than Home Depot or Costco, I would suggest going through AirTron. I have nothing but good things to say about them."See more

Reviews for San Jose air conditioner installers on Thumbtack

From Sanjay K.

We needed to get air conditioning installed. I put up a request on thumbtack. Denny immediately responded and showed up the next day. He inspected the house and let me know that I needed to get the furnace changed as it was very old and it was driving up my energy bills during winters. He gave a quote immediately and told me he’d replace the furnace as well. The price was good for AC installation and furnace change and he said he’d finish it in two days. The work is very professional. Denny and his associate finished the job as promised in two days and left the garage as it was before they started. He explained everything I need to know about the thermostat and the air conditioner. He also told me that the air ducts in my house need cleaning/replacing and he’d do it in winter as the prices will be lower then.

If you’re reading this, I’d definitely recommend Denny for your HVAC installations and repairs. He’s very professional and knows what he’s doing and his prices are right!
