(Unfortunately, I'm only allowed 3 out of 5 metrics for this review, otherwise I would have selected "punctuality" and "responsiveness", as well.) We contracted for a 2-head unit mini split system purchase and installation. From initial contact to the completed install, we received top tier service. Chris' crew were on time, professional, and very respectful of the property. They delivered a functioning system in less time than originally promised. Chris, as the PM, was present for the initial walk-thru as well as at the conclusion of the project. He remained in contact via text as needed. All in all , this was a pleasant experience. I would call them again and have recommended them to neighbors and co-workers alike. I can't recommend Chris and his team enough for your HVAC needs. Solid equipment, competitive pricing, and professional service. Rather than Home Depot or Costco, I would suggest going through AirTron. I have nothing but good things to say about them."See more

They were friendly and very professional in the initial analysis and scope of the work and recommendation of a Navien productfor my applucation. The removal of the old unit and installion of the new one plus the electrical wiring and plumbing work was done correctly as expected but they went a little more beyond those basic requirements. The site was prep well for the install of new unit and the area was left nice and clean. Thanks guys"See more

After several unsuccessful attempts to get the original installer to research other options, I found Air Care Heating & Cooling through a Google search. From the moment I filled out a form on ​t​heir website over the weekend and received a prompt reply by Monday morning, the entire experience was outstanding. The technician who responded was incredibly responsive and informative. He clearly explained the process of converting DC to AC voltage to install an Ecobee smart thermostat. I called to schedule an appointment and quickly received a confirmation email with a two-hour arrival window. The day before the appointment, a very kind woman called to confirm, and about 30 minutes prior to their scheduled arrival, I received a text message with the name and picture of Luis, the lead technician. Luis and his assistant, Christian, were absolutely amazing. They were highly competent, efficient, and clearly demonstrated a commitment to staying updated on the latest technologies. We needed to get air conditioning installed. I put up a request on thumbtack. Denny immediately responded and showed up the next day. He inspected the house and let me know that I needed to get the furnace changed as it was very old and it was driving up my energy bills during winters. He gave a quote immediately and told me he’d replace the furnace as well. The price was good for AC installation and furnace change and he said he’d finish it in two days. The work is very professional. Denny and his associate finished the job as promised in two days and left the garage as it was before they started. He explained everything I need to know about the thermostat and the air conditioner. He also told me that the air ducts in my house need cleaning/replacing and he’d do it in winter as the prices will be lower then. If you’re reading this, I’d definitely recommend Denny for your HVAC installations and repairs. He’s very professional and knows what he’s doing and his prices are right!
