With all the great reviews we decided to select California Rodent Solutions. Alan came out on a rainy day did the inspection and flagged us a lot of information of rats and there behaviors and likes and dislikes. He noticed several opening on the exterior of the house. We agreed on the work and estimate. They came and sealed up Entry points and set up traps in the crawl space above. They will be out in 2 weeks to check the traps. Thank you!

I used there service back in 2022. They sealed the rooftop inlets and caught a rat using the trap. But recently we found that the rodent is back to the attic. I just went up and checked the attic, and found that their trap and dead rat were left in the attic for a long time, they didn’t even dispose of it properly. Now the rodent issue came back and caused much more damage on HAVC and insulation. Contacted them no response. Avoid their service unless you want more trouble down the road

There was definite sticker shock with this company, but the work they did was outstanding and very thorough. Definitely worth the cost. They didn't use no kill traps - that was my only minus. Except for rats, I don't want the little critters killed - I just don't want them living in my house.

Bad/rude communication onsite and also on thumbtack. Impatient response to questions. Only cares about payment without explaining on what work has been done. Work was half done and they pestered for payment. Very expensive for just placing mouse trap and doing nothing else. No proof of work was provided.

Brian and his team did an excellent job helping us to get rid of some rodents in our attic. I wanted someone who was licensed and insured, and Brian’s company met those conditions. Brian and his team also did a complete exterior evaluation of our home, and they took photos to show us all the potential areas where the rodents were able to gain access to get inside the attic and garage. They completed the job in a prompt, thorough and very professional manner. They also provided extra services like removing a small tree, and an old dish from the roof, since they provided opportunities for vermin to gain access to the roof. Since then, Brian has come back several times to check the traps he set in our attic. We have been very happy with the results he has achieved in eradicating our rodent issues.
